The food is good, and if you have time and are not hungry, you can take it there, they take forever to serve.

This restaurant has great food and great service. It's a great environment and love bringing people here to try the food. They leave me impressed every time, portions are good.the staff checks in constantly with us to see if everything is ok. Lovely place if you want authentic Caribbean/Dominican cuisines love it!

The food is delicious here. I always enjoy the Chicharrones de pollo con hueso dish (deep fried chicken chunks with bone-in). I prefer it to the boneless chicken version. I love to dip the chicken in their mayonnaise/ketchup that is served with it upon request. We also tried the stewed oxtails dish numerous times. The oxtails are always tender when we order them. For anyone who has never tried yuca in a "French fry" cut version, you will NOT be disappointed. I've tried a few versions of fried yuca elsewhere, but THIS place has the clout on it. It also makes a great side dish to share while waiting for your main dish. I love to eat them with either French dressing OR the mayo/ketchup that is used in the Latino eateries. I also love their juices. Great place, and authentic Dominican food on deck. This restaurant is definitely worth giving a try.

Mi casa is a great restaurant to visit in person, but I 10/10 DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND ordering from them through any of the food delivery apps. ESPECIALLY UBER EATS. They are horrific with the delivery times and updates. Uber is useless for help with them as well. And when you call the store directly, the people there can never give you a ETA on their driver because they use their own personal driver to deliver food instead of an Uber eats driver. Also, their drivers are incompetent because the last two times i ordered from there, their “driver got into a car accident”, which caused my food to never be delivered BOTH TIMES. Horrible customer service, but decent food if your up for dining in person. I order Uber eats daily, and this restaurant consistently has issues and gives problems with no solutions. Not worth it for the price of the food and cost of delivery. Try a different Dominican restaurant. There are much better out there.

I went into Mi Casa this past week and I wish I didn’t. Ordered the chicken and cheese empanadas.they were supposed to come with 3 but the server walked out with ONE because “the waiter thought you only wanted 1/3”?
The chicken was mushy.
Then my friends food came 40 minutes later but we were missing my WHOLE ENTREE… I waited for 10 more minutes then asked where my food was. The server said “oh we never put it in. U still want or no? ” I was livid but I stayed calm and said they can discount my bill because I am not waiting another hour for food when everyone’s done eating. They said “no discount. Either take the food or don’t” the servers are so rude unless you personally know them.
Not worth it!
Save your money and stay home. Just make the food yourself.

I ordered a picada and was told it would take 30 mins. I showed up to the restaurant in 40 mins and they said it was not ready so I took a seat to wait for it the worker was too busy chatting that he didn’t even tell me the order was ready and I ended up getting my food an hour after calling which is ridiculous for a two person picada. Worst customer service.

Service was exceptional; my family loves the fried pork belly chicharron. My Chicken sandwich was good. French fries could have been cooked for a while longer. They charged us for an extra drink and added a small gratuity to the bill. I usually tip 20% on the total bill and even more for excellent service. I had to deduct what they included in the bill.

Terrible, super hot beers and deplorable service where the waitresses showed little interest and some tables served cold beer and we served hot ones.
