Mi Tierra reviews
7Delicious pupusas, highly recommended fried corn tamales, super delicious corn atol! All of 10
I went there with my son, forth of july, I sat there for one hour waitting for my food, then when finish she gave us the check, I gave the money including the tip, TWO minutes after she came to telling us the fist check was wrong and I have to pay more, which was very stupid and umproffessional.
Came in here on father’s day later at night maybe 8pm. Never been here before and found this restaurant using google, reviews were around 3.9 and decided to take a chance.
First off the decor is actually very pleasant and place seemed pretty clean.
We, 4 of us, came in and sat down and maybe 2 minutes after sitting down we were greeted by a wait staff. She was overly very pleasant, younger Colombian woman. She took our order and it took a decent time since it was pretty busy but nothing super long.
Got our food on time with plates all being hot.
I tried a typical platter with rice bean mix, cheese, pico de gallo, flank steak and a sausage. I loved everything but about the only thing that I did not really like was the sausage, it seemed a little tasteless. Steak was very soft and well seasoned, my favorite had to be the rice and bean mix! The other parties ordered steak and salad so to get salad wrong is hard but they also loved the steak. I forget the Salvadorian name for the items on my platter.
Would definitely recommend this place as a casual dining place. Everyone is friendly and the food was excellent! The Tamarind drinks were very good as well!
I do not recommend it. The food is very delicious and everything but the service is very bad
The food tasted very good. The only problem is the lousy service for my taste. I ordered a chicken soup. It took about 40 minutes for them to bring the order, after they brought it, it took about 10 minutes for them to bring the tortillas and that's because I asked him and he gave me such a bad attitude. They also order papudas and I hope they finish eating so they bring the curtido and the sauce.
The food is delicious and the products they sell are from Salvador Semitic quesadillas and DIANA products, which are my favorites.
