Michael cut my hair, correcting what someone else did in another shop. He rescued my hair and my sense of self. I mean, your hair and face are what you present to the world, so a good haircut is a lovely introduction as you walk into any room. I am so impressed. The cut is gorgeous, and total perfection. I am relieved and happy. What is more, the shop is light and comfortable. Two curly haired poodle greeters welcomed me.

I called last minute to get a haircut before a special event and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. Michelle was great!

I love my new haircut. It's cut perfectly, which means I don't have to fuss with it in order to make it look good. Just wash and go, and it looks great, which is exactly what I asked for. Thank you Michael for meeting expectation's and for the great work.

So, I saw Michelle today for the first time. Scary, right? She was amazing. My hair hadn't been cut for 7 months and I normally have it on the shorter side. She listened to me explain what my style usually is and then proceeded to cut it like she'd cut my hair for years. I'm so happy with it. She's fantastic and the salon was also!

Each hairdresser in the salon works in their own room. Not only do I get a perfect cut done in a comfortable setting but the porch provides a very safe experience. I’ve been going to Michael Avery for my haircuts since at least 2008. The salon is professional, friendly and clean. Michael does a beautiful job on my hair and he’s consistent with his work. Since opening back up after being shut down for COVID, the salon has all the guidelines and precautionary measures in place to provide a safe and clean environment. They do haircuts on their big beautiful porch, which makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Michael and his salon.

Michelle has been doing my hair for over 8 years. I moved back to Buffalo 3 years ago, and I still drive the hour and 15 minutes to see her. She's fantastic and worth the trip every 5 weeks, to keep my hair platinum blonde. I've been going there so long, the whole staff seems like family!
