Order was processed quickly and I received notification directly from them via text about shipping and tracking. They even recommended having it delivered to a FedEx pick up location so as to protect my purchase from would be package thieves. I’d never bought lab created diamonds, but let me say this…. This is the spot. I was hesitant about buying jewelry online that I couldn’t hold. I called them and after a five minute phone call was immediately convinced. After shipping, they even followed up via text to let me know when shipping was occurring and to let them know when I received them. Shipping was fast and when I received the earrings I was BLOWN AWAY. The presentation was amazing, but not half as amazing as the actual diamonds.
