What a shoddy company that doesn't specify the time you have to return and then send it back to you. I returned at h&m, coach, victoria secrets over 5 months after order date and they refunded me with no problem. You should have allowed me to return if you were a big company like these other big companies. It shows you're not such a great company afterall. I was just going to return to buy a different style mk bag for my mom. But your terrible service just caused you to lose businesses cause I was going to buy a $500 bag for her. Now my relatives, family, coworkers will realize what a shoddy company mk is and you will lose mine and their businesses from now on.

The attention of the staff very nice. Great services! That's the biggest store if you are looking for smart watchs and clothing and Columbus circle too. The rest of the store very limited.

Amazing to be on holiday from South Africa and be able to walk around a store that you have only seen on TV

Very friendly staff lovely store. If you like Michael Kors then it's great for you. Although double check bags in Macey or Bloomongdale as they have a lot of offers and in house sales which make them cheaper

DO NOT BUY SMARTWATCHES THERE, they have taken the charger out of the box so, its like loosing 390$.

Awful, absolutely zero knowledge in customer service. This company should really consider their management staff. Drew, one of the managers was extremely rude to me during my shopping experience. I just wanted to exchange my shoes for a smaller size, he called me a foreigner and even asked me to leave the store. Mr Kors, evaluate your staff better if you are going to be called: "high end retail"

Best customer service ever! Visited here from Texas; Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in; informed me of the current 25% off sale. Sales associate Michael was a sweetheart he answered any and all questions that I had and also offered to order something if I didn't see it in store. I ended up getting the Jet Set Large Top-Zip Saffiano Leather Tote in Mulberry! Can't wait to come back ️️

The staff is very nice but kept trying to persuade you to buy something. Selection is pretty small compared to other stores.

The sales staff is very rude. They're nice to you if you're buying something. But I noticed they're very pushy, they will keep asking if you're buying or not. I was on the line to return the broklyn large bag that I ordered online, it was too heavy for me and I decided to return and then maybe to look around the store to find something else. The sales were greeting everyone who was buying as soon as she heard that I'm returning her face changed. You have to present the card and swipe it which she threw my card instead of giving it to my hand. And she didn't even say or look at me after I said " thank you, bye". The Sales has MAJOR ATTITUDE in this location. The sales here have to learn to treat every client equally wether he/she is here to buy or return. I will not come back.

I rated this MK store 0. I live 3 blocks away.bought MK stuff on line or in stores mostly for gifts to others. Spent more than 20000 dollars. I bought a dress to return today, an chubby Asian girl there and rejected to return for me.her reason was I did not hold the Original receipt. I ordered this 5 items on line 2 weeks ago, right next day I returned one item to the store. But the gilr who worked there gave me this receipt I was holding today. And I did not know that she did not give me the Original receipt.so today this Asian girl said that this was not the Original receipt. I told her if she scan it and my original reciept will be there. Also it was her co worker kept the old one. Its alright, I was no table to return. But I did not feel right about her attitude, and I dont think any MK customers should be treated this way. I will NEVER buy anything from MK anymore.
