There’s a salesperson in there who have excellent customer care qualities and is very inviting and jolly. I love her energy. It’s ashame I forgot her name though. She made making my purchase recently so easy. I tend to be very indecisive. My prior experiences weren’t too bad either. They’re usually friendly and helpful.

Just want to make note that this review was originally written 2 years ago. It’s showing now because I edited it because I realized I misspelled a word. Lol

Very bad customer service when I went to ask a question. The two girls at the register were too busy speaking with a friend that I was ignored and then treated like I couldn't afford anything there. I was then dismissed with a no to my question of how can I get a long strap for my bag, no help no explanation, no other option given, no professional attitudes.

The sales people are very helpful and polite also if you"re in a hurry, you can get in and out with what you need and quickly.
