I made a purchase at Michael kors online and my order has been canceled without notice. I have called customer service and they have not given me any alternative to be able to receive another product in time that would fit my tastes and budget. I do not recommend the brand, terrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for my sister for her birthday. The package arrived and the box was totally destroyed. I reached out to customer service, sent them photos, thinking this will be an easy an easy fix. Surely a brand such as Michael Kors will make this right quickly and ship me out an undamaged, empty box. Absolutely NOT! After 6 emails, customer service instructed me to return the entire product for a refund, that they would be unable to ship me an empty box. No offer to exchange, no box, absolutely no HELP! It speaks volumes that Saks does a better job of shipping your product and customer service than you do Michael Kors. Do better!

I loved Michael Kors but I am cutting ties with this business. Today someone placed 2 separate orders on my account. I immediately called customer service and was told after
a purchase was made they could not cancel an order. This is only store I've ever heard this from.

An order was placed at Michael Kors online and they cannot cancel it. My card was charged for the item that was ordered by mistake. They tell me they do not have a cancel button. I have never shopped anywhere online that did not allow a customer to cancel. This is unacceptable and I will never order online from them again.

I placed an order for three pairs shoes for my birthday trip to Puerto Rico. I was promised that my shoes would arrive by today. Only to find put that they won't arrive until tomorrow. AFTER MY FLIGHT LEAVES. I CALLED CUST SERVICE & SPOKE TO A SUP WHO WAS PRETTY MUCH SAID IM SORRY BUT OH WELL. NOTHING COULD BE DONE. THANK YOU FOR DESTROYING MY BIRTHDAY AND MY TRIP! I CALLED HEADQUARTERS TO FILE A COMPLAINT. EVEN THE OPERATOR SENDS YOU TO VOICE MAIL.

Like everyone else, customer service is horrible. I purchased a purse that is just bending in half. I called, they said it was warranty, when I sent everything in, I was told it wasnt under warranty. I have purchased so many MK items, from hand bags to jewelry to shoes to clothing. I will not purchase any more MK products.

My first day visiting Rehoboth Delaware and I'm enjoying my visit until I enter the Michael Kors store and all the employees ignored me and I didn't feel welcome, but as I was leaving out another customer had entered an a very welcoming approach was received. I was in disbelief, just unbelievable.wow.

Bought my daughter a pair of maroon sequin boots right before xmas. My daughter wore them twice and one is already falling apart. Of course it's out of warranty so they won't do anything. They make defective merchandise and don't stand by their product. At their prices, shoes should last more than 90 days. They should certainly last more than two uses.

The absolute worst! Ordered a watch got no confirmation email thinking the order didn't go threw i reordered, only to see no confirmation but the money was taken out of my account, after many many many calls i was able to get a refund. The second watch i NEVER received again many many many calls later the manager of customer service declined to helpand wished me a nice day $600 later nothing never buying from this rotten greedy company again

I brought a watch in Michael kors in Concord mills mall tried to exchange it on 01/30/22 they told me at first they couldn't exchange it because they took the links out and it could not be exchange then they decided to change it because no one told me about if the links were out it could not be exchange so we ran into another problem they never gave put the pins in my box so they really couldn't exchange the watch and it was there fault

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…. Arundel Mills Mall STORE MANGER…. I was at the register and spent $456, the sales associate said “do you know about our 20% coupon” if you spend $500 you get an additional 20% “ oh really” sure I’ll grab this belt at the belt, she said it’s without tax okay, “ no problem” switch belts now 546 gives me to 20%. Now, I have to bring a purse back just for an exchange same price they refused to exchange it they said they had to refund it and I had to re-purchase it back and due to COVID it couldn’t go back on the shelf for 72 HOURS, the STORE MANGER refused to give me my 20% which made the order be $114 difference SHE at Arundel Mills Mall basically told me to take it or leave it there is the front door! That is the worst experienced EVER SUCH AN ATTITUDE AND NOTHING BUT LIES what does COVID HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING…. It’s so SAD when one you bring “COVID” up for anything nevertheless for a reason…… (one reason) such bad customer service! The bottom line is she could have simply exchanged the purse by re ringing it up and giving the same discount that the purse was originally purchase for in return we have to return our whole order and couldn’t buy any of it back because originally to her it has to be put in the back for 72 hours! Sad but true!

I had no ideal that Michael Kors customer service was this deplorable! I will never in life purchase from this company. Most disgusting customer service ever! I spent two days and several hours that i cant get back just trying to get assistance with an error on the website.

As everyone else has indicated, the worst customer service ever. I purchased an item to be picked up at their Briarwood Mall location in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. I was sent an email saying it was available to be picked up. Went there three times before I was able to get it (keep in mind I had an hour drive each way). Why did I have to go back three times? Because there was no one working. You gift "wrapped" the item that I paid $5 for which was a box that I assume was what the item would have come in anyway, no wrapping. You knew I was coming to get it and you couldn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me that no one would be there. You could have called and I would have gladly made arrangements to come when someone would be working, although I think that is not something I should have had to do. The only reason I was able to pick up the item is because I had to continually call until I got a person who answered the phone and make sure someone was there. I couldn't even cancel the order because the "customer service" department you have said they couldn't cancel it, that I would have to speak to someone at the store even though they knew the problem was there was no one at the store. You should call me and make this right. Do the right thing Michael Kors. You're a big company and it's a shame you do not do a better job in taking care of your customers, after all, your customers have made you what you are.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never buy from Michael Kors ever again. I used to love Michael Kors bags until I went through the warranty process on my 6mo old bag. I had to mail in my bag at my own expense. My bag was deemed defective and their warranty stated I would get a similar replacement since my bag was no longer available. I purchased my bag at Christmas time last year so it was on discount (Normally $278 and on sale for $129). The only thing similar to my old bag in the replacement options was the price. Not the style, size, or quality. There was another bag available online that was in fact similar to my bag, but they refused to offer that bag to me. They also refuse to send you your bag back. This warranty process is an absolute scam.
