Dr. Nissenbaum is a true professional; he listens, he cares, he spends time. He has excellent diagnostic skills and has an amazing demeanor. His Assistant Marie is diligent and a great resource person. It’s a great Neurology office.which is a rare find.
This is really an awesome facility such professional and friendly staff! They all make you feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Dr Nissenbaaum is also such a GREAT understanding most caring doctor! My experience with this facility was outstanding and I will continue to go here and highly recommend for sure! I had an accident several weeks ago, have seen lots if medical people. Dr Nissenbaum actually listens and cares! This is huge when you are in as much pain as I am and most people dismiss what you say, it’s very disheartening. He is putting in place, care needed to heal.

I was able to get a last minute appointment thanks to Carol who was kind and caring enough to recognize that I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Nissenbaum saw me right on time and addressed my concerns. This office runs very efficiently and takes your time into consideration. I will refer anyone who asks for a neurologist to this office.
Dr Nissenbaum is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He spends time with his patients and speaks in a clear, easy to understand manner demystifying medical jargon and offers practical solutions. Highly recommend!
Dr Nissenbaum's office is run the way offices SHOULD be run. I was in the waiting room for about 2 minutes.
He was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and scheduled tests and follow-ups as needed.
Carlos was also very helpful and patient when scheduling the tests.

Dr Nissenbaum takes his time to explain things in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. The office staff is pleasant and welcoming and there was a minimal wait time and it was easy to get an appointment too.
I am extremely happy under Dr. Nissenbaum’s care. He is friendly, patient, and I really feel like he cares. A bonus is there is little to no wait time. Took me a couple doctors to get to one I will stick with, and I’m so grateful to to be his patient.

A Great (North) location…. Clean environment…Very accommodating …squeezed me in when I showed up on wrong day…Friendly staff… We are off to a great start!
Be warned they do not ever answer phone. All their voicemail is full. My new neurologist trying for 4 days to get thru at every extension and no answer. I requested my medical records to be released months ago. I just texted them once again and told them if they do not release my medical records as required by law they will be reported to attorney general immediately. In an emergency they refused to help me also. The manager actually hung up on me that's how she manages and her response to me was.well u know how things are in this office so why do u come back. Indeed, I never will. I was a patient there for over 30 year with Mallin, then Cascella who left who was wonderful. Way too wonderful to have to deal with that nasty manager I am certain. My advice. Find another neurologist that answers the phone and actually cares when you have a spasm and can't move.
