I've only been to one periodontist, but the experience was outstanding. Both Dr Zidile and his staff are kind, efficient and talented. Dr took the time to explain everything thoroughly and offer options for treatment. Highly highly recommend.

I found this office through a recommendation from my dentist, and I’ve had nothing but positive and professional experiences thus far. The staff here are knowledgeable and thoughtful. Dr. Zidile came up with a comprehensive long term plan for me, with contingency plans included, for nearly guaranteed positive results. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a great DDS. For context, I’ve had 5 serious procedures, 3 of them in the 5 boroughs, and this is by far the best office I’ve visited.

A recent move forced me to find a new periodontist to help monitor my gum recession. I was nervous about working with someone new as I've only ever worked with one other perio (for about 9 years!) and I didn't want anyone alarmist or looking to just recommend some expensive procedures if they weren't necessary. I read many reviews and decided to visit Dr. Zidile. I couldn't be happier or have more confidence in him. He was thorough and honest and we're on the same page about treatment and monitoring. I have been seeing Dr. Zidile for almost a year. In that time, I have experienced a level of professionalism and courtesy and I have never received in any other medical office setting. The office itself is welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most, was on my first visit, Dr. Zidile took me aside after my first intake and spent almost 40 minutes explaining to me what procedures I would need an answered all of my questions. I love the quality of service provided by Dr. Zidile and his staff. Everytime I have an appointment in seen on time and they are very attentive to my needs. In addition, Dr. Zidile uses the lastest technology to determine the best type of treatment plan to create for you. Most of all the office is clean and I feel comfortable.

Took a good history and was very thorough in trying to help with a complicated issue. Professional receptionists and technicians. Nice equipment. Well-priced. On-time, courteous, and generally nice folks.

Great work! Had three implants with no problem. Love the 3D image scanner he has. You can see your teeth/mouth in three dimensions! This helps with finding the right spot to insert the implant and determine and prep for any problems.

Dr. Zidile was very warm and welcoming, great bedside manor.his front desk staff was great and accommodating. His dental hygienist was awesome and gave great tips. I would definitely recommend and be returning for future visits. The office was clean and had modern equipment. The office was easy to find. Not enough stars for this office!

I have always had the best care by Dr. Zidile and his staff. They are friendly and professional. I have never felt pain while being treated by Dr. Zidile other than the slight prick of the injection. He is a very skilled dentist with the latest equipment and most of all he cares about his patients and he is a compassionate doctor.
