They always have such beautiful supplies of flowers, vases, ribbons, and just about anything you can think of to make your crafts. I could spend hours that's how great and awesome everything are. There prices are reasonable. I always find something to buy.

Went for birthday gifts for my daughter, so much variety, love ️ the store, ended up getting water colors and paper along with bojo and pental arts graphgear mechanical pencil. Should have gotton one for myself as well. Oh well next time. Nicely stocked. Old roudy cashier was the only nuisance.

Large spacious craft store offers massive selections of arts and crafts material.
Parking is convenient

They have everything that you might need for school projects, arts and crafts. You need it, they got it. Helpful people.

They went above and beyond to help me. My daughter needed a drafting desk. The lady searched the back of the store and found one for me after a co-worker said they were out of stock. Great service

It's only January and they don't have Valentine's decorations. They should at least wait until the first week of February to display Easter decorations.

Excellent selection of craft supplies. One of my favorite places to go. Just wish more coupons.

Not bad for arts & crafts supplies, but very limited in other things, employeees are hard to find when help is needed, otherwise Large shared parking.convenient for the area

Sad to see 22 people on line with 1 cashier. They an additional cashier who after checking out 4 people that now would be a good time to collect shopping baskets

Pretty much always stocked but I found it best to call in advance with the item# on hand if you are looking for a fast selling item. It's usually the reps at the registers that answer the calls and they can pull up the inventory on their register, but cant leave to physically check

Hard to find help on the floor. Long lines and not enough registers opened. Unlike similar stores, you cannot always use coupons on sale items.

They r great too bad they have bad employees it ruins the whole experience they races n disrespected

Michaels has everything you need for arts & crafts. I wish they would improve the long lines.

Did not find what I need but it is a great store to look for art and craft items. Lots of selections.

By Phone some people are more helpful than others-depends on who you get. They seem to be Out of stock on some items so you have to keep checking back. I felt like the Westbury store was more helpful than Levittown.

Overall laid out well, sometimes oddly limited in stock variety, but mostly a good crafts store. Staff is usually helpful and kind

Heaven for artsy and craftsy folk, kids, and people who like to DIY. We come here to get slime ingredients for my daughter, to get faux flower stems for me, to get crafts ideas for my son and a few goodies for my kids friends. The store is huge - so it is not easy to find things and unfortunately, there aren't many staff members walking around. Hence, I'm taking off one star. Otherwise, it's a great store. There's a parking lot outdoors which makes shopping here a breeze. Two thumbs up.

Great store and friendly staff. Wide selection of items. My go to spot for assignments and general home diy. Always check for store coupons before making a purchase.the coupons are usually 40 percent and up so major savings. Love Michael's.
