Love Michaels! They always have coupons so make sure that you check before you go. You can also go online and show the coupon on your phone (they will even text you to coupon).
The people at this location are very nice and have always been very helpful!

Store was clean and laid out well. Found an obscure item I was looking for pretty quickly and saved a lot of time for other chores. Very happy with my visit

They have a wide variety of household stuff.great place for back to school supplies. I bought a really nice vase for my coffee table

Love the place and they are stocked well, but takes forever to find someone to help. The cashiers are so slow, texting or just literally slow.

So glad they moved closer to my home, I can get whatever I need the same day now instead of having to wait for a package in the mail. Thanks Mike ;)

I don't know who Michael is, but he is my bestfriend. I need a chaperone to go here because I always lose my mind, self control & ability to control my spending.

Area arts and crafts store for Rockland county where my wife and sister shop for their crafting needs. Good store and stocked. Avoid when the holidays come though. The mall can get crowded with people and vehicles.

I recently visited the Nanuet store, and the sales people were very dismissive and unhelpful. Additionally, they were very low on many items. This is not like the Michaels I've visited previously. Very disappointed!

Store have a lot clearance stuff, employess are very polite, also lots of very good deals people always working to keep the store organized.

I do a bunch of different crafts including wire wrapping, knitting and crochet. They have an ok selection of yarn but the wire selection is sorely lacking. The younger staff members are unhelpful. It’s sad that this is the only craft store in the area and I’d rather drive 20 minutes to find somewhere else with a better selection. They could do much more business considering they have the market cornered up here so I guess this location is just poorly managed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This store is a bit roomier than others in the area, with plenty supply of crafty goods!

This Michaels location’s staff was so helpful! I went in the other day looking for a frame for a picture of me and that blonde chick from One Direction that i took when I was in Austin for my court hearing (for the record- I DIDNT hit that old woman with my car on purpose). Team member, Kat, helped me find one that matched the picture perfectly with the aesthetic I was looking for.thank you Kat!

Remember if 7 things are in the clearance section and you give someone a problem when you are in the wrong, a 1 star review is what you deserve. Rude manager.

Unfortunately Michaels took over A Moore. It is too large for their inventory so it looks empty. The staff, when you can find someone, is extremely unhelpful and cashiers can be very nasty to younger customers. Definitely a thumbs down!

Staff is absolutely brain dead! Michaels is a joke compared to what AC Moore use to be…. No one here can answer a single question. Hands down the worst arts and crafts store I’ve ever been in.
