7Love Michael's always find something I didn't even know I wanted or needed. Love this kinds of stores. Very few people male one of a kind things anymore. But places like this make that possible. Thank you Michael's
Now that I no longer work for #Michaels I have some things to say about this location. The company has no idea what an amazing core group of employees it has/had working there. A manager that I would have done whatever was needed for. An assistant manager (well, that position isn't really a thing for this store but they do that job plus everything) that worked harder than anyone. #Michaels needs to see how much love and support the staff have not only for each other BUT their customers. If you are visiting this location, please have patience. Retail is HARD especially when stores are short staffed or during the holidays. But know that what you don't see behind the scenes is a staff that is overworked, underpaid and just broken, trying to do the best they can with what they have.
You can count on Michaels to have what you need for a project.i needed a specific piece of heavy cardstock. I was able to find what I needed without any assistance. The sections of the store are well organized.
Nice varoety, fair prices. Always busy. Ceowded parking lot, but ypu can get dropped off and picked up, at the entrance.
My mother is visiting from California. She found everything she needed, just as if she were at home! She loves that about Michaels!

I went to the Michaels location in Harriman with minutes to spare for a project that I needed to work on with my teen center. Although I cannot remember the name of the young lady who helped me, A cashier waiting at the front area walked me through the store to help me find the supplies that would best meet the material needs of my project. She was patient and friendly and I was in an out within 20 minutes! Great experience and I found my supplies!
