8The lady at the frame desk (Brooke?) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The frames were all 70% off! It was much less money than anticipated. I'll go back next time I need a frame for sure!

I went in looking for some odds n ends, nothing major. I roamed the store for around 10 minutes, passed by 4 employees, and no one offered to help.
Overall, it was easy to get to, ample parking, well lit, clean, and overall organized. I just wish the staff would have at least acknowledged my existence and offered some help.
This place always hits the best, the prices aren't too bad lately and the Halloween section is phenomenal
Highly disappointed in my most recent visit. Cheryl was HIGHLY unpleasant, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. Unbelievable that this woman is allowed to work here, let alone be a manager for the establishment. Definitely will be taking my business to another craft store.
You would think a craft store would have everything craft related. They have nothing for decoupage, NOTHING.
They are clean. Some of the staff are nice. Depends who is working. They have stuff there that Joanne's doesn't.
