When choosing a store to buy high ticket items such as furniture, electronics, or appliances, I look for three things: fair price, product knowledge, and great customer service.

I purchased 6 appliances from Michael's Appliance Center and can honestly say they met all of my requirements, and more! Their outstanding service and high level of customer satisfaction are exceptional in the industry. They truly make you feel like a valued customer and your satisfaction and happiness are what they strive for.

I highly recommend Michael's Appliance Center - you will not be disappointed!

Dina, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We had some unique requests and Dina listened and then showed us what was possible and what wasn't. We left a very happy customer. THANKS!

Dina is a very unprofessional sales representative, we ordered a stove a year and a half ago. She stated that it was still on back order to this day, understandable. We compromised and found a stove that was natural gas, they said they can convert it. We got notice that it was ready for delivery, we set up a delivery date via phone on Monday, November 28 2022 for delivery today, Saturday, December 3rd 2022. We called and asked where the stove was, we were told that it would be delivered in the morning. After leaving voicemails, expecting call backs and waiting on hold they notified us that they were unable to convert it, THE DAY OF DELIVERY. Her communication skills are terrible, she doesn’t call back and ignores voicemails. She claimed that she had no idea that the natural gas stove couldn’t be converted AFTER telling us that it could be changed, however, if an individual works at an appliance store, the best assumption would be that they know about the appliances that are being sold and should not provide customers with invalid information as well as to always double check information before providing it - it’s called professionalism. We took out our old stove, set up a date for our countertops on Monday because our new stove would be delivered by today, and have five small kids to feed. She stated that it’s “not that big of a deal” so I stated that our family of 7 can go to her house and dine until we receive a stove because it’s “not that big of a deal”. She seemingly got uncomfortable with my statement, BUT not having a stove to feed my family is “not that big of a deal”. DO BETTER DINA (or is it D-EYE-NA?).

Tonight’s dinner will be from a Dina, thank you Michaels Appliance Center your company is truly a bitter treat.

The transmission on our 3 year old washing machine (that we purchased from Michaels) went, so we had Micheals come out to fix/replace it. One of the first warnings/disclaimers when replacing the transmission is that if it is not done correctly the machine will start to leak. A year later, our machine started to leak! Now Michaels is charging us $400 to fix a problem that they clearly caused. Stay away from them! They have lost our business and us as a referral source.

I want to thank Todd Kolvenbach who serviced my freezer and wine cooler last week. Excellent job, great service.

Michael's is a great place to go - not only to buy appliances but also if you need parts for one. They are the nicest people and go out of their way to help. I have had a guy at the counter search for quite a while to find a part for an older appliance that cost less than $20. He said he was happy to help! No sales pressure - just help and good advise.

My brother purchased a freezer just prior to covid he had them come out one time when they were able to after covid started and they were supposed to come back with the part and repair the freezer they have never come back and they never respond to their calls.my brother has left several messages and not one response the freezer is dying it's making a really loud noise and we're afraid we're going to lose everything in the freezer. Very very poor service.

To the Michael's manager who responded to my post about the AC I bought from YOUR store and YOU sent the "independent contractor " to install it in my home? I did CALL YOU AND YOU SAID TO ME. " YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE " he's an independent contractor. BUT YOU SENT HIM. His install, replacing the 1 that was there twice before. William Sacco! Removed the 2x4 that was bracing the AC in the wall.left gaps all around the AC. Water damage within weeks. 3 hurricanes n September and it all rained between my walls. Costing US $$$ and my home owners insurance to repair. You people SENT THIS MAN TO MY HOUSE AND TOOK NO BLAME.

Had a wall ac replaced by Micheals, installed Sept 2nd, now October 31.we've been smelling mildew, found it. The carpet under the ac is soaked, padding, plywood, black mold. I'm sure the sheetrock on the back is growing mold. Outside under the ac. I'm sure the plywood under the siding is soaked. Those installers did something wrong. Maybe the foam shoved under the ac OUTSIDE is soaking up the rain! This is going to cost you guys the repairs.
