Thee worst customer service win the game.
My laptop has been there for over 3 weeks (for a broken hinge non the less). Something I coulda fixed myself, but it would void warranty so I didn’t.
I was told to text them for updates. I never hear back. I’ve been into the store 3x. No one knows what’s going on “your pc was shipped to main gear, we don’t know it’s ware about, or repair status”
NEVER EVER going to them for repairs again. Rather void my warranty at this point.

Helpful crowded sometimes but that's because they have alot of stuff on hand for everyone to buy

Microcenter is a fantastic computer store. With one stop you can get just about anything for your computer needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and are great with advice. The service is excellent. They also offer computer repairs. You can order items online and pick up the very same day, usually in a few hours and they will email you when your item is ready for pickup. Highly recommended.

I was kindly surprised to shop at the store and realizing that it is not too far and extremely conveniently located for Long Island commuters.

Their work is adequate. However the service is a little slow. I stood on line at 7: 30pm on a weekday to pick up my laptop. There was no one in front of me, and I stood there for 20 minutes before someone else running another line asked me if I needed help. Then after, finally someone else came to help me it took another 10 minutes to find my computer. Then I was told that if I was going to pay with cash, I'd have to wait on another line. So 30 minutes to pick up and pay for my computer, with no one in front of me. But the work was done right. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance.

Thank you to the owner for responding. I'm going to give your place another try. Hopefully I will change my rating.

Staff is available but is not motivated to do any sales, they simply stand and wait for you to come over. Very poor service of Chromebooks. Not willing to do price match.

Micro Center is one of the few computer and electronic stores left. A great place to buy computer parts and anything you need. Go you won't regret it.

Thinking anything electronic think this place first.just for the knowledge the techies have on the floor alone it's a great place

Like this store. Custom building pcs is made easy here with the huge selection of parts. Most of the employees super friendly just had a bad manager a few visits back, who to say the least she wasn't friendly at all somehow she still has a job. But anyway they just re did the DIYPC section and the store looks great

I love this place. I was a little intimidated walking into Microcenter after going to Walmart, BestBuy, Costco and BJ's to buy a inexpensive laptop under $700 and being unsucessful.
I was expecting to be forced to buy a very expensive computer at Microcenter.
I was meet by Christopher in the Laptop dept, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain every component of the laptop to me and found the right laptop to fit my budget. I walked out with a $599 laptop. I wasnt pressured and I was treated respectedly by Christopher and later greeted by the manager or the owner. Thanks again for the amazing experience.

They have improved their store a lot compare to last time I have visited them which was 3 years ago.

Great selection. Great prices. No line when I went. Sales people are friendly and visable but aren't hounding you.

One complaint is the need of a store east of westbury and the are losing a lot of business for not having another store on long island! Too far to drive sometimes for a purchase. If they do their research they will realize the buying power on LI and a store in farmingdale area would be a instant homerun. BB is the only place that has good coverge but the sales people mostly are not as good as microcenter. PLEASE CONSIDER!

Great store for all you're computer needs. They redone the store since I last seen it and they made it very nice with tons more of items staff are friendly and they come. Around and ask. U if u need help

Best place to get computer parts and electronics. They always have good deals and price match. Its like toys r us for adults.

Always buy computer parts here. I know sometimes online shops are cheaper but at the micro center its got competitive pricing and you dont have to wait for delivery. Looking for good deals and no hassle on returning or exhanging products. Guys there are really helpful and will find something for you.

Microcenter is one of my favorite places period. Massive selection of computer parts with all the newest hardware at prices less than or equal to online retailers. It gives me a great sense of piece of kind that if something goes wrong in my computer i can hop in the car and get the replacement part i need without having to order it online and spend a week staring at my wall.

The staff is mostly knowledgable and friendly which in retail is rare. The store is clean and wel organized making it fast and easy to run in and out with what you need.

They also offer a 30 minute pick up on their website. Select everything you need before going and they'll have it all waiting for you just go to the counter pay and leave with your order. Especially convenient for pc builds where your picking out upwards of 10 different components.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Have apple products which means I don’t have to go to Roosevelt field. Will offer lesser costing options. Honest about which items to buy and which not to.reasonably priced.

Candy store for tech junkies! Even if you don't know what you're looking at, their staff is well-versed!
