Micro Center, Queens NY

This place has everything you can possibly need to repair or build a computer, I mean the store is huge with tons of items. You can also buy fully built new computers (I don't want to give the impression that it is a Radio Shack type store, it is not). Their prices are very good, I usually check online sites anainst this stores prices, they are that good. There is ample parking, and there are a lot of staff to help if you need it. Checkout is fast sometimes, and very slow sometimes, but I noticed that the slowness is not because of the lack of cashiers, but because of customers situations. I would strongly recommend shopping at this store.

Got a product that was open box. Came home and it didn’t even work. Seems like they don’t even check returned products before re-selling? On top of that customer service refused to send me a return label and I had to make another trip to go return it. Never had this issue with Best Buy.

All the workers are nice and friendly and are easy to talk to, always willing to help and such. Got my pc here prebuilt in micro center, and it really delivers in performance and such. Easy recommendation for tech and building your first pc, which I see the process being easy at the build your own section

These store has extremely poor customer service! Only had one cashier with over 20 people on line. With worker just walking back and forth. Manger couldn’t even help out on the line. My experience in this store was not friendly at all. If you go to the store be prepared to have a wait at registers.

Good prudct varieties and people usually nice. Reminds me of frys although frys are getting worse everyday.

Best place for electronics hands down. Bestbuy and other big box stores can't compete with Microcenter prices for whatever reason plus they do get regular supplies for Video cards, motherboards and processors. If you are new to building computers, their techs will guide you and also has a dedicated team which can complete your builds for a few bucks. I visit this place at least twice a week and forgot to mention huge open box inventory which will save you some cash

The amount of deals this place offers is mind blowing. For cyber Monday I got a 16GB stick of ram that was originally priced at $89.99 for $48.99. On top of that for new customers you can sign up for a account and get a free 256GB SSD. The SSD is valued at $29.99 so I saved a total of about $70+.

Good place to pickout your pc, get anything technology related stuff. Inexpensive compare to other bestbuy or any tech store.

I was very desappointed with the service, it was my first time, is going to be last time. At Long Island the service much better.

Very friendly helpful staff, great store. Good product selection. We looked around for an all in one PC and were able to compare the apple to other windows based brands. After deciding to get the iMac we were pleased to find out they had it in stock, as Apple stores are currently 4 weeks out of stock.

Some of the staff are clueless, but they have good sales/prices when the products are in stock. The bathrooms are clean.

The last computer store standing and its fantastic. It often has better prices than amazon and the latest products when they are out of stock elsewhere. Highly recommended.
