My experience for this store is that I get free stuff like ear buds, flash drive, and other things. Also, the workers is very helpful and nice.

The moment I walked into this store I fell in love. Right at the front employees ready to assist with my needs even though I came in to browse. The store is endless when it comes to electronics of any sort from TVs, tablets, laptops. They have a department were you can build your own computer with every part needed. This store gives best buy a run for their money when it comes to accessories. You won't find dvds or movies to buy but the service and quality of items in the store is worth the visit everytime.

I was able to get upgrading advice & an estimate of how much the cost will run for my laptop.

Wanted a ipad 64gb, told the sales person I wanted a 64gb and refused the higher tier model he tried to sell me, when I went to check out, they brought me a 256gb model instead of the one I requested and said that they were out of the one I wanted.when I looked at the website it said in stock for the 64gb. It took 10 minutes before they pulled out the model I wanted. Really? I went here to support my local brick and mortar store, I could have easily bought this online. The Customer service here is terrible.

This place is great. A lot of people posting 1 star reviews are scalpers who are mad they got caught trying to go around the system with buying GPUs. Everyone here is super nice and helpful.

Well.not bad. I didn't knew about this place & my 18 years old son brought me there to purchase some PC components. They seem to have a very good quality and very good prices stuff there.

One of the last places you can go to shop for computer gear in person. They put out a circular every season for a USB drive.

Friendly staff helps you find bargains. They also help you with getting the best product without upselling.

First time purchasing from this electronic outlet but I would make other future ones Staff was helpful with asking about accessories for the computer without being pushy

I ordered a camera battery online and was quickly informed that it was in stock and ready to pick up. When I got to the store, I noticed that I had been given an inferior generic substitute. I had to remind the clerk to charge me the price for the substituted product, not the price for the item I had ordered online.

Great customer service, clean store, wide range of options and amazing sales. If you're shopping for anything tech, microcenter is your starting point.

Great place to go for your PC needs the staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist you with any issues you may have. I like going to the store to browse more so than doing everythi1ng online; Always a great experience for me

They have literally everything electronics wise. The staffs are super helpful too. Great experience. Bought most of my PC parts with the help of the staffs. But be careful with the prices, they have products on which might cost more than it costs on amazon or newegg. Just tell them about it they will greatly help you.

Awesome. Very similar to J&R, but without the suffocating crowds and 3pm Fri closing time for seder. Oh, and they're open on Saturdays unlike J&R. It's a great place, with helpful staff. Enjoy.

One of the best places if you need anything related to computer. Online stores are cheaper sometimes, but if you need something right away, this is the place. It's not BestBuy with kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, 1 or 2 choices of motherboards. Microcenter has plenty options for video cards, motherboards, cpu, rams, power supplies, fans, pc cases, whatever you need, you will find.

My wife and I got good service but had to wait for it. We have an ancient TV which we were trying get to do modern things. We left with a small smart HDTV and didn't feel ripped off because we had costed out alternatives with the sales person. 5 star attention, but we had to wait for it.
