This is Microsoft's flagship store at fifth Avenue where you can experience a very broad variety of Microsoft products. Store has a lot of hands-on products on display. Has very friendly staff who can answer all of your questions.

A fantastic place to shop in my opinion one of the best experience shops in the world far better than Apple. Microsoft openly invite gamers and other groups to use the facility and amazing combination of brand and experience

All the Microsoft products at one place to try before buying and compare with others. There are lot of stations to play Xbox and experience VR too. The exclusive Dell store is also present in the store.

There are definitely a lot of stuff to choose from. Personally a fan of Microsoft products. I came here to have my surface 3 looked at. Apparently it's free? They didn't help much and they made me wait quite a while and all they did was fumble around and shuffle through. So yay for the store, nay for tech support.

We got a tour of the place and we got to see all 7 floors! We got free t-shirts at the end, and if you complete a scavenger hunt, you can pick a prize! I got the Coffee mug which is very nicely made. There is also the Xbox one pancho.

I am disgusted of the poor customer service I experienced at the Microsoft store on fifth avenue I usually take my business to geek squad at 62nd street in broadway But instead I figured I give this store a shot I arrived about 2: 30 and I wanted to book an appointment for a personal training on access I was helped by Josepth at the service desk but he was so unprofessional while he was asking for my purpose to my visit he was talking about hip hop music with another associate he also was talking about fabulous the rapper who recently got arrested I don’t know why Josepth and the other associate Noel was speaking about this while I was just waiting to book my appointment it was a very bad experience I got to the point that I just said never mind I just walked away I was furious seeing them laugh while I walked away they should be expelled.

I recently purchased a dell laptop and office 365 personal 1 year subscription from Sidiah a very rude young lady she was a disgrace to the brand I didn’t want to install the software or update the laptop on my own so She introduced me to Doonarine a service advisor to help me out since she couldn’t or didn’t want to let me tell that it was the worst experience I ever had he started talking About why I only purchased a year subscription instead of a 5 year subscription and also said the dell laptop I purchased was a bad call he mentioned dell sucks as a company you better of returning the laptop for a surface pro 4 I will package a nice deal with a student discount mind you I am not a student I’m an old man he said don’t worry about it I will give you a 10 percent discount and also I will give you a 100 dollar discount on the office software if I do a 5 year Package i said I rather stay with my dell and my 1 year subscription he said fine its your bad call but let me pair you up with someone else I only deal with surface related products not dell I felt like he did not want to help me at all since I did not want to exchange my dell laptop in all my years I never felt violated I am ashamed that Microsoft has employees like this this was a shocking unprofessional experience.
