The only thing I didn't like is the credit card policies were not explained over the phone, when making a reservation. Everything else was awesome

Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast is OK.
People at the front desk are very warm and helpful. Easy parking.

A pleasant blessing on the border of Auriesville and Amsterdam, this hotel's people far exceeded any expectations we ever had and I will prioritize Wyndham as "my hotel" in the future, even though I used to work for Marriot! Initially was placed in a handicap room, and then due to unforseen circumstances I needed to be in a different room. When other hotels turned us down due to circumstance, ever-so compassionate Lisa <3 relocated us to a quieter wing to further accomodate us. Amazing people, persevering high-quality kindness, atmosphere, and highly accessible and large showers in handicap rooms, as well as a bath to relax in as an option in the other non-smoking room I was placed in after the room change. Housekeeping, design and check in experience spot-on. Thank you so much, you helped heal my weary heart right before the new year of 2024!

Very nice rooms, but for $155 you would think the breakfast would be more than bread and a banana. Won’t stay here again unless they lower the price

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot it was quite impressive how the exterior of the hotel was lit up for the holidays. The inside of the lobby was even more impressive with a tree that rotated near the TV seating area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This hotel was built in 2019 so all fixtures are brand new looking. Breakfast was impressive for a "budget hotel". There were pancakes, home fries, eggs, and sausage.along with your normal cereal, toast, fruit, coffee and juice. This Microtel is in a great location right off of the exit on the thruway "route 90". The perfect location to stop on our way back to Buffalo. I will be back next time travelling east.

I needed a place to stay for the night due to water problems at home. Making a reservation was quick and easy. Check-in was quick. The room was roomy and pleasant and the bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and a hot shower.
My only problem was at checkout. The clerk couldn't print out my receipt and said she would email it to me. I still have not received it.

Great budget hotel, clean rooms, adequate continental breakfast. On a busy street, so traffic noise. Request an odd number room on the back side.

We stayed here 3 days. Liked everything about this hotel. It's cleanliness. Friendly staff and location near our destination and highways. Would stay here again.

I stayed here while in town getting neck surgery, 6 minute drive to the hospital so extremely convenient. The staff went above and beyond, they were so amazing, wished me well before I left for my surgery and any time they saw my they asked how I was feeling, so warm and friendly, I appreciated it so much. Rooms were very clean as well. Overall amazing stay, highly highly recommend. Thank you so much for a stress free stay during my healing!

Only issue was confusion about length of stay. Housekeepers can in with fresh towels, etc but left a note regarding personal products on the bed. Room key did not work upon return due to records saying one night stay, yet no one called to let us know. Front desk fixed the issue, but there was definitely a lack of communication

Stayed here one night for work. The lobby is gorgeous and well appointed. Friendly staff and easy check in. Our room was basically brand new and the bathroom shower was excellent. OTR truck parking was a huge plus. Definitely stay here if you can!

The service is EXCEPTIONAL! All of the staff are friendly, professional, and personable at all times. Must be the coffee. The fitness room is small, but complete enough to meet my needs. They even provide workout towels. However, there are no clean-up wipes for when I'm done starting on gear. I had to get a spray bottle from the front desk. I'd like to see a functional trainer or a Smith machine added.

Everything is so perfect. Very clean environment. Staff was very helping and do their job quite well. Highly recommended. Will visit again for sure.

We were biking the Empire State Trail.
This hotel was a great stop. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet enough. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very accommodating of our bikes. I’d definitely return.

Myself and my husband visited New York. Stayed on the way back. Very nice and clean hotel. The front desk is warm and welcoming. Helped us alot. Will come back again and will recommend for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is a gem. It might not be considered a first star hotel, but it's run like one. It has everything!

Solid fitness center, toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows, a water filling station etc. The staff was helpful and the location is good if you're between Albany and Saratoga.

One tiny suggestion that doesn't affect my rating. I'd have liked more proper curtains. Having stayed on the ground level floor, people could too easily look into our room. Other than though, this place is perfect.

We visited last month to New York. On the way back stayed at Wyndham Microtel. Very convinient location and a neat n clean hotel to stay. Acomodating staff and calm atmosphere. Will come back again.

Couldn’t find the better place to stay for girls night out at a reasonable price. Special shoutout to their staff to make our stay enjoyable.high quality spacious room was a big plus. Until next time, eh!
