Easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Diamond is very pleasant to work with. She is thorough with her explanation about hearing aids. She answers all questions in a caring and patient manner.

Dr. Jill Diamond very professional. I was able to get a quick appointment to handle my problem. She tried to solve problem with ear piece. She had to send it out for repair, and I got it back in 3 days. Very good service in my opinion.

One of my hearing aids was malfunctioning right before the holidays. All I needed to know is when the Plainview office reopens after holidays. Thomas responded to my text messages. To my surprise, he would care for the hearing aid on the Monday after Christmas at the Wantagh office. I received my repaired hearing aid the following Monday at my nearest office in Plainview with Jill. I am happy to get my hearing aids repaired without having to take a day off.
