3 I have had appointments here where I was always ontime. Despite that i have had to wait at least 20 - 40min to see the Dr. I never complained.
Today I had a 315pm appointment. Unfortunatly I was in the parking lot at 330pm. Kyle then called me. I told him where I was. He said you probably wont be able to be seen. I said no problem. I will find somewhere else.
He then called me back to tell me to come in they will see me.however at that point I decided to find another place that is more understanding.
I dont understand why its ok for us to wait for them. However they cannot give the same courtesy to us.
Highly skilled orthopedic office! I injured my knee and they were so helpful in my recovery.
I highly recommend Dr. Sider! He was able to help me following an elbow injury, he and the rest of his staff put me on a plan that allowed me to make a full recovery!
