John is a stand up guy. Honest work good repair times. The Only one I trust with any of my vehicles.

John, the manager is a a great asset to Midas! He's a 10 star manager. In today's world what a rarity. He has taken care of our vehicles for more than 5 years and is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The mechanics are just as awesome! Thank you!

My Father who is elderly takes his vehicle here all the time. The staff, especially John are very nice to him and patient. So I decided to take my vehicle in and I live over 100 miles away. I will no longer take my vehicle any where else if I don't have to. Awesome place it deserves 10 stars.

John Burns runs an excellent service department! He took care of my tire issue quickly, communicated thru out the process and helped me resolve a follow up issue 2 days later. I will be going here for all my service needs

James from the Cicero Midas was awesome! When I asked how much it would be to fix a flat tire on my new Tacoma, He said " NO Charge" I said that's fine but I'm coming back with pizza and apple cider as a Thank you.

I called this location on a whim as the competitor next door had NYS Inspection system issues and could not get me in. I am glad I did as they worked to get everything I needed done on two vehicles at a reasonable price. I have had issues with some other local car repair chains always trying to price gouge every time you need service. This Midas location and the manager John did not do that. I will now be using this Midas as my go-to for any car repairs I can't do myself. I definitely recommend them over any other shop on rte. 11 in the area.

My daughter always gets good service there. She just needed an inspection and they didn't tried to sell her anything other than that.

John is a great guy! The respect for his customers and employees is through the roof. Knows his stuff about the cars and isn’t trying to take your money. He truly cares about building relationships to benefit the people. Definitely continuing to do service with them.

I recently had 2 separate service calls here at Cicero Midas. Words just can’t express how happy I am with this establishment. A+ service. John was especially fantastic. John has taken excellent care of me and my vehicles since day one! I initially came here for a vehicle issue and the dealership I purchased from needed it brought here to be repaired. The first time I met john I was treated SO WELL that I have continued to come here exclusively, for years. This place is super busy constantly, but somehow they make time for everyone-I always feel like a priority and that’s why I will always continue to come back.

I had great service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was called by my first name as if I wasn't just another customer walking through the door for service. John made sure to keep me updated through out my oil change and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and made sure that everything on my vehicle was 100% before I left! I was very happy with my service experience, and will be back and will be recommending them to all my family, friends and clients! Thank you John and all your staff!:)

I'm so glad I found John and his staff. So honest and reasonable with prices. The waiting room is clean and there's always coffee available. Fixed and issue I had that another garage ignored causing more damage. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you John

They are very polite and respectful. They have been very helpful and honest with me about everything that was done to my car or needs to be done. There is never any up selling or pressure to buy anything additional.

I moved to NY 8 years ago. Before moving to NY, I had horrible experiences with Midas like managers bragging on the phone how much they are getting from each customer, being over charged when compared to 2nd opinions, etc. I vowed not to go back. After moving to NY, I went to what I thought was a reputable car shop (not Midas). After 3 years, I realized it was more of the same- tried charging me $1,200 for a $50 fix. I didn't have much time that day and Midas in Cicero was the closest store, so despite my vow, I went and met John. I told him I didn't have much time. He got me in right away- told me he didn't think the other car shop was right and that I only needed a $50 part that he could install in 5-10 minutes. I have never taken my car anywhere else. John Burns, the manager is honest, cares for people, and does great work. I have sometimes only been able to afford certain things. Other times, I want to pay a little more just out of appreciation for the work. If you want a car guy you can trust with good people working for him, go to the Midas in Cicero. As long as John is there and I live nearby, I'm going there for life.

Unexpected car troubles lead us to need last minute assistance, and Midas was the perfect place to go! They were great at diagnosing the problem and finding a solution- they were efficient, and always updated us on what they were doing. John (manager) was especially helpful in making sure we got the parts we needed and FAST! Would definitely recommend going to this Midas for your car troubles.

I thought the guys there were very polite and respectable. The job they did on my car was exceptional, and they were very thorough; especially John, who would come out at times to explain what he was going to do and what he was working on with my car. No frills, no shams, just good, honest work. Very pleased. Will definitely continue to service my car at the Cicero, Brewerton Rd. Midas. Thanks, again, guys!
