Oh yeah, my wheel fell off the car an hour after a tire rotation.

They don’t try to make you feel stupid or anything like that. My car needed new tires… it was really bad but the last pair I got lasted 5 years. They only remarked and advised I should change them so I did.

I am very thankful for all the help I got from David and staff with my car and all the complications he helped me along the way. I am very satisfied with the services and I recommend coming here for his care and attention.

Buyer Beware:
If you plan to get an inspection and tires do them in two separate trips.
These guys put 4 brand new tires on my car and then did the inspection. Turns out the car didn't pass inspection.not even close to passing. Guess what, they still charge me the 900.00 for the 4 new tires regardless. This is what I was told verbatim "the tires touched the ground so they cannot be returned" This was while my car was still in their shop. Had to eat the 900.00 and get rid of the car in the end anyways. Pretty disappointed.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous. It was my 1st time at Midas and will not be my last. They have found a long life customer in me.

This place is amazing. I thought I had to do a full exhaust replacement on my car. The checked the exhaust and replaced the rotted part only. They saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you very much for your help and amazing job.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for 10am for an oil change. Showed up before 10am. At 11 am I asked how much longer until they get to my car? And was replied to with 'About 30 more minutes, this isn't a Jiffy lube everybody's else is waiting too! " so and 1.5 hour waited for an appointment at 10 am for an oil change! No thanks. I went to the Valvoline down the street. Don't go to Midas unless you want to wait 3x as long as the service you need done. Oh and don't bother making an appointment.

Absolutely the WORST experience EVER! Had a 9am appointment for an inspection. Was told it would be a half hour max at time of booking the appt. At quarter after 10 when I asked how much longer (had to leave for work), I was handed my keys and asked “which day is better? ”. I said “no day” and left. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

It was a great experience, i need my tires changed so that i can get home to MA and Chris made sure he could get it done that same day. Chris took the time to explain to me simple test and observations i can do to prevent any damage to occur in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment a week ago for car to be inspected and get an oil change, finally come in for the appointment and my car isn't seen for 5 hours and I'm told I can come get it the next day when they've finished. If you need your car fixed and want it back in a reasonable time frame go literally anywhere else

Had to change my review down to a 1 Star rating after fonding out that I was charged for a Wheel Alignment on a Broken suspension system.
Do not understand why I was not told that my suspension was broken?
Went to get an Inspection 2 weeks later and found out that my Rear Springs was broken and I needed Front Stabilizers.
I thought it was common practice ro not do an Alignment with Broken parts?

My rear brake line broke on sunday, i had my car back by tuesday.i also asked if they could replace my timing belt, serpentine belts, etc, all of which was completed essentially within a day (i’ve had an alignment take 2 days). Shawn was amazing over the phone and in person, and explained what had been done to the car.i had a prior experience at sullivan tires which ended badly, and will be returning to midas for all my car needs in the future! I highly recommend!
