Honestly it wasn't that good. Flavor tasted bland and lacked seasoning for the rice and it appears a strip of plastic was left in the food. Like who eats plastic? Meat was a bit dry for Halal. Service was also not good as they were calling people based on their profiles to pick up their food. The price at $10 is very expensive for Brooklyn! Want good quality Halal then Manhattan would be your best bet!

You won't be disappointed with these guys. They are quality halal and have very satisfying food! They are friendly and have been around for a while now.

The best in the neighborhood, if not the city.
Hot sauce is actually hot, and not playing around.

I used to come to this place a lot when i was living in the neighborhood and the food was ALWAYS great but the person in the cart was so rude and disrespectful when I came here a few weeks ago where i just walked away. I was giving my order and while I am talking, he decides to stop listening and take someone else's order and then randomly starts yelling "GYRO IS SANDWICH". Not sure if it was a bad day or what but based on recent comments, looks like this guy has been rude and aggressive for no reason. My family would always come here but never again. We left and ordered from the cart across the street and food was pretty good.

Nasty attitude from the workers. Was embarrassed when I took my coworkers who were new to halal food. There’s others better places, try adels, Mahmoud’s corner, or if you in bay ridge go to Middle Eastern Halal Food 69st and there’s a lot more places that are better you just have to try it and you’ll see that this place isn’t as great as you thought.

I don’t know what changed but the employees are just TERRIBLE! They not only cursed at me but they threatened me as well. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I just have to. I believe it was racially motivated but I want to believe it wasn’t. Such a disgrace…. Will be filing a complaint with the bureau.

Very disrespectful. THEY SPIT IN MY FOOD. Guy claiming to be owner said I ordered 2 plates when I clearly ordered one. I said no, he snatched the plates back and said have a nice day.told him sorry if there was any mistake I ordered only one can I please get my food. He spits in it then hands it to me, I left. Will not be coming back here.

Undercooked and smelly chicken.not to mention the horrible customer service. I ordered 2, but the worker says I ordered 3. Even the person behind me confirm I ordered 2. He argues with me but ends up giving me my 2 also charging me extra. Its fine I let it be because he seemed tired. Ate the food, I had a horrible stomach ache. Chicken was undercooked and smelly. I didnt even finish it.

RUDE AND UNDERCOOKED DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered 10 gyros for my employees. I was trying to place the order and the woker was giving me attitude for having different orders. I even told him to take the customers in front of me but he refused and told me to leave if im gonna take long. After I got my order I heard him curse at me under his breath even after I left them a tip. When I checked 6 out of 10 orders were competely wrong. I requested pita on top, did not get that. I did not complain so i let it be. Food was garbage, portions were small, chicken undercooked and disrespectful employees. Do yourself a favor and visit other halal carts in NY. This is overhyped and one of the worst.

Food here is okay at best. The price has gone higher than the halal carts in the city. You cant charge restaurant prices with no restaurant. All the late night customers are rude and drunk, which explains why the workers has such a bad attitude. Falafel was nice and fresh. Lamb was chopped into bits and burnt like hell.

If you want BEST Falafel in New York, your search is over. This place has the best Falafel over rice. They give some extra salad compared to other carts or Halal Guys. Price is very reasonable around $9 per plate. It not only fills your stomach but also your hunger.

Staff is very friendly and kind. They sometimes greet you in your home country language if you are international.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this cart. All the hype and they never appreciate their customers. Higher price and still they have an attitude with everyone on the line.

Food is not good like it used to be. Very small portion of meat, it’s just a lot of rice and vegs now.

More expensive than the Halal Cart in midtown Manhattan. I thought bay ridge is a working class neighborhood

The service is not good. I was and i am there regular customer who travels 8 miles just to get a gyro and i used to tip them 5 10 dollars every single meal and they know me very well as a customer but once i forgot money for extra chicken and i asked them to put some and ill give them next time but they refused. The guys standing there don't have a sense to deal with a customer. The food tastes great but they give less chicken and meat.

I'm a fan! Arriving in BK late after a long drive, I went looking for this place.and they did not disappoint. Lamb & salad, lamb over rice, gyros.this is the place you want hit. Be careful of their hot sauce though ;) If you are uninitiated, let them put it on and don't ask for more.after that, you're an official hothead!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Literally the same mediocre quality chicken over rice except its somehow $10. These guys used to be fine when it was $6, but $10? Literally nothing else is added to make the price justified, no extra chicken, nothing. I understand inflation is a problem, but a 4 dollar price hike? At this point we need government intervention and a price ceiling set on these carts cause nobody should be paying more than 6 dollars for chicken, rice, and sauce. Unreal.
