I’ve had excellent experiences with them. Very friendly and professional experience. Great atmosphere in the office. Highly recommend.

Their dentists do not show up. They’ll give you someone at random.

The dentist will be rude and dismissive. They give you advice like “if you get mad, go floss” — uhm, ok?

Otherwise they’ll just insult you for the dental work your parents couldn’t afford when you were a kid.

It’s not all bad, Dr. Markelle Smith is kind and compassionate — he sets an example for the rest of them.

Be warned, while I always book with Dr. Smith, they always send in a substitute.

I recommend you look elsewhere, this place is an overcrowded street level office that feels cheap and dilapidated — their equipment looks like it’s two decades out of date.

And, with the paper thin walls, it’s like the patients are being worked on in the same room.

I love the Fashion District location of Midtown Dental Group! The team is phenomenal. They’re always kind, helpful, and efficient. So many other dentists I’ve been to seem to upsell and try to get you to spend the most money possible, but not Midtown Dental! They only recommend what is necessary and walk you through every step of the way. Dr. Armstrong is my favorite!

This is a review for the front office, dentists were nice. FO was rude (had to call 3 times, said they would call back and didn’t) and not forthcoming about charges from a cleaning. Disappointed and won’t be going back.

Amazing as always! No wait time. Friendly staff. Dentists is friendly. Spends time with you. I enjoy this place.

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. Violet and Dr. Mohan was non-judgmental and knowledgeable. I didn't catch her name, but the receptionist was also really friendly and helped space out my appointments for my insurance.

My dentist was great highly recomend her for dental needs. Been going there for years they take care of you excellent nice clean. She was very thorough.

I cannot rave of how courteous n so professional, from the front desk, hygienic’s n doctors. Completely clean from floor to ceiling. Truly recommend Midtown Dental group

Appointment began on time which I love.
Hygienist was very thorough and offered pointers on dental care in between visits.
Dr. Armstrong is professional and friendly, always with good advice about what to do and what can wait.

Dr. Mishaan is the absolute best dentist. My entire family comes to his practice. He is excellent, professional, very intelligent. His team is top notch, courteous, responsive and accommodating. Dr. Jenny Armstrong is my favorite DDS ever! Best in show medical equipment, expert diagnosis, and friendly front office.

Highly recommend! I’ve had a horrible time finding a dentist in the city, so I am so grateful to have found Midtown Dental Group. I was skeptical about how positive the reviews were, but the high rating is definitely deserved. Really short wait time from arrival to being in the chair, super friendly staff, thorough cleaning, conservative approach to procedures (i.e. No trying to convince you to get unneeded work), and best of all, insurance covered everything. The hygienist (Fatola, I believe) and Dr. Armstrong were great about explaining everything going on with my teeth and how we would approach it going forward!

Violet was so kind, patient, and provided a wealth of knowledge in informing how to maintain/clean my teeth! I would highly recommend this place, the best dental care you can get! Dr. Armstrong is also amazing and will provide the best services you can also get!
