Midtown Health Center reviews
13I love the Midtown Health Center! I really like My doctors that take such good care of me. I really like Dr. Diego Suárez and Dr. Kathleen Reilly Fallon. The pharmacy department is very helpful too.
I really love the Midtown Health Center! I receive excellent care from Dr. Jessica Montes, Dr. Kathleen Reilly Fallon and Dr. Marino.
I used to be a Brooklyn Family Medical Office patient. Since the pandemic I have been coming to see Dr. Elliott and he was down to earth and nice. I saw Dr. Kathleen Reilly Fallon as my Foot Doctor. She is a very nice doctor and gave me excellent care at the Midtown Health Center.
I went with twisted ankle. With pain dr. Jessica Montez was looked very unhappy. I could not walk no body helps me. They done x- ray. I came back to doctor hoping to get some advice. I did not find doctor. Nurse give me a ankle brace. Ladies size. When I came to pharmacy. I was told she didn’t send any prescription.
I wish the Brooklyn center was open, the lab people never answer there phone, nurses never answer there phone. Nothing Ever available for walk ins. I’ve been on the phone with them all day today and they keep hanging up on me when they connect me to something else. I had a appointment recently they were supposed to send me the appointment information in the mail I never got it. They assigned me to a doctor that I’ve never met. I am so disappointed
I saw Dr. Jessica Montes two times and I was very happy because she is very friendly and listens to me. She treated me reallt well. I saw Dr. Kathy Reilly Fallon and I was very happy with the visit. She listens to all my foot and ankle complaints and she gave me great treatment. I love coming to the Midtown Health Center.
Hello Everyone, I really don't want to be mean, but I will be honest.
We understand that we are all living tough times, I understand everyone is doing the best they can, BUT I'm extremely disappointed with the service we are receiving form the personnel at the Midtown health center. I called on 3 occasions and each time the wait was over 60 mins. The last time I called, I stayed on the line for an HOUR AND 30 MIN.at last an Extremely RUDE employee picked up the phone and said, that unfortunately it was after 5 pm and she couldn't help, I tried to explain that I was on hold during regular business hours, but she said that she couldn't help. Unbelievable, after waiting for an hour and a half, I still have to call again, by the way, I'm still in pain.
I like this clinic. Most of the staff are pretty cool! I have met some AMAZING doctors here.who are both Personable and Professional.
It's strictly a Union organization and one of the buildings that provide Heath services to their members.
Customer Service has been getting better (their patience specifically) but, the doctors are more so the PAs of the specialists. What's worse is the wait just to see the specialists after the doctors can't solve the problem.
One of the NYC centers that serves Local 6 members only.
Good: Building cleanliness deserves highest score. Some of the doctors are very professional (Dr. Bette Kim). Security guards at the entrance always helpful.
Bad: Members services (in person or over the phone), some at the pharmacy and morning physical therapy receptionist - all at the lowest level of this industry!
It's like this place has no management at all. On the brighter side, the other centers are even worse.
This doctor Diane Kantor is so unqualified & unprofessional. I am not sure how this Health Center choose those doctors. Maybe the Union choose the cheapest doctor. Plus on the other side why in the word they have 100 patients to see in one day.
Hotel Trades Council Health Center is what it is.
This location is easier to deal with then other locations within the network.
