It’s so hard to find good boba tea in New York and we found our spot for sure! Yummy flavors and nice staff! ️

The options they have here are very good. The person making our drinks was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be trying this place out again and thank you for the experience.

I love this location. The customer service is terrific. All the employees are always friendly and up beat. They could probably use more help behind the counter, but even when it's busy they manage to get the job done.

Alright I absolutely love this place! After seeing their Facebook post about their seasonal drinks I had to stop and try. I got both specials in the teany size. I got the pumpkin pie chai which a never order I am not a big chia person. I was asked if I wanted hot, iced or frosted and I got it iced and I absolutely loved it! My favorite out of the 2 I bought was the pumpkin patch milkshake it even had a gummy pumpkin which was so good and I love milkshakes so that is probably why, but honestly I would buy both again.

Mightea Boba has a very relaxing atmosphere, and the workers are very welcoming. Though they don't always greet you when you come in, once you reach the counter they're very kind. Some of the employees will give drink recommendations to those who have never tried boba before. Overall, the place is phenomenal to visit.

If your looking for authentic boba, this isn’t the place. It’s more of an “Americans” idea of what boba tea is. The green tea is so weak it makes a matcha fan weep. However, they do what they do well and it’s a nice establishment.

Really wish it was more of an authentic boba place or had more of the authentic flavors. Everything here tastes just like sugar to me, pandering more towards someone who wants a nice treat.

If you want a “tea” taste or something closer to authentic bubble tea go to TaiChi. If you like juice and think popping pearls are fun, you’ll like this. Everything is way too sugary for my taste, but some people like that.

Mightea Boba is the best! No other bubble tea place like it. The owners and staff are super friendly and the options are endless. A must-visit whenever I'm in town

I went to this place when visiting a friend in New York. I was greeted from the moment I walked in. The menu is easy to read and the options are limitless. I ordered a Raspberry Kiwi Fruit Tea with Tapioca and man was it amazing. This place was clean and organized. I definitely recommend it.

Roseland Plaza had need for a decent restaurant for some time, and there could not have been a better business to pop up in that location than the unique and enjoyable MighTea Boba!
The main draw, boba tea, is available in a diverse array of flavor combinations. The boba beads are small colored flavor filled balls that have about the density of tapioca pearls and pop open easily when bitten, releasing their flavors in a burst.
I found chocolate with pomegranate boba beads was particularly pleasant. They also serve regular beverages, sandwiches, Hershey ice cream, and pastries, and offer free WiFi.
If you get there right when they open, the boba balls might still be finishing their soak, so come about 30 minutes after they open if those tapioca bits are what you're craving.

Mightea Boba is a surprising store. It offers coffee and tea based drinks as expected. The surprise is it offers delightful ice cream, shakes, smoothies and even a few baked goods. My wife loves the mocha brownies. Yum!

The staff members are helpful and happy to suggest ice cream or smoothie flavors to the undecided among us.

My previous experience was amazing, however today the person opening was 5 min late (not a big deal I totally understand what it’s like to be late) and then said the tapioca bubbles take 30 min to make. Kind of a bummer seeing as it’s a boba tea shop and they don’t have the boba ready during the hours they are open.: (hopefully next time we will have better luck especially since it was a 40 min drive.

Went to the one at the windmill and I got 2 drinks. They both tasted like straight up water. Ya'll need to learn how to make bubble tea because $5 for a drink that is literally water is outrageous. Also the boba pearls were very hard and undercooked. Learn to make drinks.

Edit Oct 1st 2021: I love it here. The first time I went I left a pretty open ended review cause I figured I'd go once in a while. Nah, I go to Canandaigua just to go here. I get a green tea based, blueberry flavored tea with pomegranate bubbles every time. The pom bubbles are a bit tart and they are definitely my favorite of the bubbles. It's always good. The workers I've interacted with have a killer work ethic and are all friendly and super chill. The fruit smoothies are good too. Same with the frozen coffee drinks. The only thing I didn't like is the green leprechaun milkshake and it's not their fault it's just my taste buds lol. The shop itself is so cute but it is small. Right near a bunch of good shops like Spirit Halloween and Ollie's. Thank you for such a delightful space, I love dragging anyone who will get in my car here lol.

I freaking love this boba place! 4.00 for a medium boba and 7 for a big one! And, good price too! Super affordable! I love it here! Definitely would recommend! They are also adding new boba flavors, and they have icream which is about 3 or 4 dollars for a cup. If you want a big boba with ice cream cup it'll be about 11.00 and some change. Look forward to it!

I usually go to Tachi, but was in Canandaigua for the day. This was my first time at Mightea Boba and the place is BEAUTIFUL, and the customer service is wonderful. However, I found it quit Unsanitary how staff place straws in drinks without gloves. These straws aren’t individually wrapped, and they are not placed so that customers can grab their own. Workers take their hands, which they touch the the counter and register with, and then proceed to touch items that are placed in customers’ mouths. Especially during a pandemic, this is disturbing.

This place should maybe invest in individually wrapped straws, gloves, OR a different method where customers are able to grab their own straws.

Please implement change for a more sanitary practice.
