Dr. Sadek is a marvelous Vascular Surgeon, who not only performed surgery on me twice, but has provided aftercare for the past 7 years or so. He is incredibly competent and knows his patients' conditions intimately. You could not hope for better care anywhere or by anyone. If not for Dr. Sadek I would not be walking today & I am immensely grateful to be in his care.

Wonderful Manner. More Important I saw the Doctor as an Emergency and had a gangrenous toe. After vascular surgery with nursing care at home, the blood flow was Strong. I’m sure that he saved my toe from Amputation.

Dr Mikel Sadek is a wonderful vascular surgeon. Not only is he highly qualified, he is also very nice, understanding and calm. And he listens! It is also worth noting that Dr Sadek is surrounded by a very capable, very understanding team of other professionals. I am very lucky.

Dr. Sadek has provided me with an excellence of care for more than 5 years. Cleared me twice for surgery and always has been patient with answering any and all questions. I feel very confident that he is "on top" of my issues and is sure that I am experiencing the best quality of life available to me. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, always professional and courteous.

Dr. Sadek is a superb physician. He is not only extremely competent; he is also very forthcoming in explaining the results of his work and in recommending what needs to be done on an ongoing basis.

I hesitate to give Dr. Sadek five stars, not because he doesn't deserve it - HE DOES - but because people tend not to believe five star reviews. But it's true. He's done everything I've asked of him. He's trustworthy which is real important in a surgeon, to put it mildly, he has very good judgement, he's knowledgeable and all you have to do is talk to him to know he's up to date on the things he should be up to date with plenty to spare - also an important quality in a surgeon. He UNFAILINGLY returns my calls and does so promptly, and he's looked out for me at the hospital - also real important. If I had a special concern he diligently made sure it was addressed. And, as others on here have noted, he's very good company and he's cheered me up, from post-op to office visits, which also has a tangible effect on my well-being and is not something surgeons are generally well-known for. He's done as much for me as he could and if you can say that about your surgeon you can thank your lucky stars.

I have been very fortunate to have my on-going vascular issues and surgeries in my legs entrusted to Dr. Sadek's superb care. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an upbeat attitude and is able to communicate using comprehensible language. The entire NYU Langone vascular team continues to offer superior medical care.

Mikel Sadek is an excellent vascular physician. He is warm, engaging, and an has a great bedside manner. Very bright man and rare among doctors today. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a vascular doctor/surgeon. Rare to find a doctor in today's healthcare system that is, across the board, so unique.
