Mike's Burgers, West Nyack NY

Food arrive cold, bottom burger bun was literally pure mush to the point that you couldn’t even pick it up. Steak had no flavor other than pure salt. If we asked the waiter for anything on the side it simply didn’t make it to our table. First and last time.

The portion size is great for the price (don’t order too many sides lol). I had the NYC bacon egg and cheese burger with egg and it was amazing. I would definitely comeback

Took a bit longer than I would’ve liked for the waitress to give us the check, but otherwise acceptable.

Had a great experience. Monster food portions. I ordered my steak medium knowing that they do only medium well/well, but it was well seasoned and was delicious. My wife took home more than she ate, as they were more than happy to package it to take.
Will definitely be back again.

I ordered sweet potato fries - they were really delicious
I ordered a lamb hamburger - it arrived after a long time and the bun was very cold, I asked him to change it, he brought me a very dry bun! I went to the manager and they told me they could bring it to me again but they wouldn't be able to exchange it for me again if there was a problem. I canceled the portion and was very disappointed! The bun was very not fresh as if it was taken out of the freezer last week.
Terrible service, everything took a long time.

I dont know why they have cowboy stake on there menu, when they don't even know how to make one, it was disgusting I couldn't even swallow it even though I was hungry, and don't say I should send u a email just don't sell awful stake

Great restaurant to go with friends or on a date! Good prices. Especially their lunch menu. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! We got chicken fingers, pickled jar, brisket hummus, a steak salad, the NYC Bacon burger and a steak wrap. Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was also very clean.

Service was amazing beyond, we were served by Michelle, we had crying kids and she was super accommodating and was beyond professional, kind and quick. Thank you:)

We order 2 burgers the came after less than 5 minutes which means they didn't make it on the spot.now I have diarrhea and now I'm. Contacting the health department in upstate new york
And by the way it's cost $25 each.

You can choose 4 more vegetables to put inside. You Don't get french fries with it.it's came with a lot of oil.

It was a great experience!

I eat there all the time and the food is great
But when there is a bunch of empty tables and the kid at the front insists that I sit on display for the whole mall I think they need to rethink the service strategy

We love coming here! Service is great, Food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. What brings us back are delicious non-dairy shakes and smoothies! I've also been at a couple of events here and the wait staff really does a great job. I highly recommend.

Food was quick to arrive at our table. Ambience was fine and peaceful. Service was with a smile. See pictures for some examples of the food we ordered.

Courteous and responsive in a casual relaxed setting. Good beer selection and on tap wine as well. The classic burger was cooked perfectly and very filling. They deserve the kosher consumer's support, just on merit alone.
