I've been going to Milan Optique for years and have brought many pairs of glasses and sunglasses. Great deals and fantastic lenses for my prescription! I recommend Milan Optique highly!

Great local eyeglass shop! I had a prescription from another doctor.
Trying to find frames, I had been to so many stores before finding this one. They really take time to help you find the perfect frames for you. And they accepted my insurance:)

I stumbled upon this store by accident and it was such a wonderful experience. Vlad and his team was amazing and extremely helpful. I usually don’t enjoy picking out glasses but they made the entire process really enjoyable and easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest and to top it all off, they gave me a bottle of wine at the end which was such a nice touch. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service.

Five months ago I visited this store with my girlfriend to pick up her contacts. While we were at the store the rep looked at my Ray-Bans. He offered to adjust them for me. To my surprise he was able to fix them! My glasses were “bent beyond repair” at least that is what I was told when I visited the Ray-Bans shop. Everyday I wear my shades I remember this experience. I am still very thankful.

Terrible experience with customer service- I had to go in twice for a routine exam for new glasses. The first prescription I got was incorrect and resulted in glasses that were blurry and gave me headaches; went in to get it fixed and customer service argued with me, trying to convince me that the issues I was experiencing were anything but the fault of the prescription error. I paid for another exam, which yielded a completely different (and correct) prescription that completely fixed the issue. I received no acknowledgement from them of their mistake or even an offer to refund the price of the second exam. They're scam artists and I won't ever go back. The optometrists themselves are very friendly and understanding though!

Really friendly service - the man adjusted glasses I had bought at another place for free and gave me a complimentary wiping cloth to take home. Should I need new glasses in the future, this is definitely a place I will go back to for polite and kind service.

Fantastic friendly service. All the staff at Milan Optique were friendly and helpful. The selection of frames and sunglasses is very good. Wile traveling I lost a bag with my contact lenses in it. The team was able to quickly fit me with a new pair and get me back on out on on the road in let the fifteen Minutes. Thanks so much for your help!

Love this place, the staff knows their craft well, lots of gems hidden within a large selection. You can expect top notch service with this cast of characters, and also expect sale to happen, they are good. I’ll def go back.

So far is the Best Optic store around Park Slope for real, the customer service is Outstanding with capital O I left the store very happy with a brand new pair of frames very nice and the prices are great the staff very friendly I highly recommend you to visit MILAN OPTIQUEHAPPY CUSTOMER from PARK SLOPE.

Excellent service, fair prices. Very helpful and patient with both esthetic and technical advice, during a somewhat lengthy shopping visit. And then, when one pair of lenses came back not quite right (no fault of theirs) they replaced them and did so with a rush order since we were leaving town soon. Highly recommended!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother Galina who does not speak English. My mom was so impressed with the service she received from Vlad at Milan Optique that she wanted to acknowledge the office and Vlad publicly and leave a review as a token of her gratitude.

When my mom’s glasses frame broke, she went to a few optic shops in Brooklyn, and everyone refused to repair her glasses, recommending that she should buy new ones. New glasses cost a few hundred dollars and the wait is a at least couple of weeks. My mom could not wait that long as she can’t see very well without her glasses. Also, she did not want to spend extra money she, as a retired person on a limited budget, does not have.

Upon a recommendation of a friend, my mom went to see Vlad at Milan Optique located at 83 5th avenue (between Prospect Place and Park Place) in Brooklyn. Vlad said my mom did not need to buy new glasses and that he would be able to repair them and save my mom time and money. Vlad was able to fix the frame within 10 minutes. When my mom offered to pay, he refused to take any money from her because he said my mom was an elderly woman and he wanted to help her. Vlad said one should be kind and help other in need.

My mom was so touched by Vlad’s kindness, that she wanted to leave this review.

Love this store! Came to fix my frames after I was told by 3 others shops I have to replace parts. They fixed it fast, with care and pleasure to accommodate. Got an exam and even picked out new glasses. Vlad and his team is everything that customer service should be.worth the hour drive!

I am genuinely so content with my last purchase at Milan. I was assisted by Vlad and his team the second I walked into the optical, they are truly masters of the craft, the customer service was phenomenal, they were so attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Vlad’s expertise at picking the right frames to suit your face as well as service will always keep me coming back. Don’t look anywhere else when in need of new glasses, any lenses along with any optical needs in general. I haven’t had great experiences in prior opticals and this was just a breath of fresh air. Since they opened, I've been a loyal customer of Milan for over ten years. Vlad and his team have always been extremely courteous, helpful, attentive, and friendly. In 10+ years as a customer of Vlad & Milan, I honestly do not have a single complaint. On the contrary, I have only positive things to say — as a result of the incredible and genuine service they've consistently provided throughout that time.

In the past, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with opticians for many reasons, so I was certainly surprised when I shopped in Milan. Excellent service would be an understatement, as the staff there goes up and beyond for their customers. They explain to me as if I’m their friend, very subtle but not overly pushy and even when I said I wasn’t gonna buy, they still assisted me in any way possible and gave me a lot of explanations of different types of lens. I ended up spending, happily though. This place just has that touch of magic.
