Milestones Pediatrics of New York reviews
15I been to this clinic for a while and the receptionist Sam and the chubby girl with glasses that sits next to her are the worst in the clinic they are really rude and nasty. Theres also one girl kinda new but worked for a while really skinny long hair has a very bad attitude problem when you ask too many questions and gets annoyed. Doctors are okay but can be better. Wait is not that bad anymore that’s why I gave it a 2 star.
Front desk workers, especially the woman with the short hair in a ponytail, are so rude for no reason and they are so dismissive. There is no reason why they should be rude to people, especially when they havent given attitude whatsoever.
Depending on the day and time, walk-ins are quick some times too. Dr. Nancy ngai and Dr. Jason chen are usually the ones that sees my son on most occasions with or without an appt. It's a clean environment and the front desk and staff are friendly and professional.
Absolutely the wrost service. Waited more than 3 hours, no advance notice or system. 5mins with the doctor. Front desk with nasty attitude. This establishment is all about making money!
The female doctors are nice. Nurses are nice. Some of the the receptionist not so kind. Also they do not have a messaging system, portal, or online visit if any kind although the whole office is full of younger generation.
Dr Chen and nurse Jenny are fantastic. Dr Chen takes the time to answer questions and listen to your child concerns - fantastic bedside manners. Nurse Jenny is friendly, great with kids and makes them feel comfortable.
I do not recommend the other two doctors.
Been lucky recently not having too much of a wait. Don’t be even a few minutes late, otherwise the staff will call your phone and yell at you. Staff has recently been less abrasive compared to past the experiences.
Dr. Zhou in this clinic is very professional, and the service status is very good. The worst thing is the front desk receptionist Alyssa and an old blood drawer. The skin of the blood vessel was pierced with a single needle, and my child finished drawing blood. The skin has been sunburned for a week. Her service attitude is really bad...
Dr. Zhou in this clinic is very professional and has a very good service attitude. The worst thing is Alyssa and an old phlebotomist. The skin of the blood vessel was not even tightened before the needle was inserted, and my child's blood was drawn. My skin was swollen for a week. Their service attitude is really bad...
I brought my child to this clinic because I wanted him to receive the Covid-19 vaccination. They kept persuading my son to get an STD vaccine and another flu shot vaccine. I kept saying, "No" because my son had already been given the Covid-19 vaccine. I didn't want my son to feel very ill. I didn't like how they tried putting stuff in my son that he didn't want.
Back a few years ago before COVID, I had an fever that lasted a week. They made me wait 2 HOURS while I was limp, sitting on a chair, waiting for my name to be called. I might as well have just laid on my bed with blankets than wait shivering in a doctor's office. PLEASE FIX THIS SERVICE.
The doctor surnamed Lin only took one minute for the examination, and 20 minutes to persuade the parents to give the child a coronavirus vaccine. When the parents said no, the doctor changed his face. Afterwards, the examination was perfunctory. Is this a clinic or a temple?
So bad! Every time you needed wait for 2 hours Up! And Doctors who are only born for quantity, money and quantity are what they want! This is the medical ethics of Asian doctors! Only this unscrupulous clinic
I have been bringing my child for over a year, and was never satisfied with the service, they overbook and make you wait for over 40 minutes, and will see you for a brief 5 minutes. It always felt rushed, whether it was the checkups or sick visits. I switched because they did not keep up with routine check ups, and whenever my toddler was sick, they would not give me appointments during morning hours, they would only allow me to bring her in AFTER 4 p.m.
Imagine having a sick toddler and having to wait until after 4 because they are too young to wear a mask. It is a doctors office, they are supposed to help sick children but they would always refuse to see us.
I would not recommend this office.
The doctors are nice but the front desk are terrible. Every time I ask them questions they are super impatient. What the hell? I guess their boss must treat them so badly, so they NEVER smile to their customers.
Forgot which one, but I went here because I've heard stories about the doctors here being really good at their job due to their age and experience. Obviously, that's what any parent would want-best care of their kids. However, since they're also the owners of the place, they want to maximize profit and will turn a blind eye on the appointment booking. Double book everything to maximize patient per minute. So you book your appointment, only to wait another 30mins-2 hrs. Be in the office, because they won't call you if your turn is up-reception is "very busy". If you have kids over the age of 5, they can learn to wait and read a book/play with ipad or whatever. But if your toddler's young, every minute is terror. On average, if your kid is healthy, I HIGHLY recommend not to go here-it's all just regular check ups, common coughs/flus, vaccine shots (not the fake covid ones). You don't have to deal with bad service for a story any parent knows can fix, but need that extra assurance from a health professional.
Nurses really irresponsible. They always calling first Chinese patients then other patients. I waited more than 3 hours. It’s ….
