Staff and owner are nice however the prices were higher than other places. Also I had done my nails with tips, powder and gel nail polish but I noticed that they started to look cracked in less than a week

This place is super clean and well ran. They have amazing customer service and really look out for their customers. They make sure to greet you and make you feel at home.
When you get your pedi they have sandals for you and instead of toilet paper like others they use the foam toe separator.
The whole process took an hour, they massage your feet, hands and back for a good length of time.

The only reason why I won’t be coming back is the price
I chose to get the most basic mani and pedi ton fake nails and they charge 50$! (10$ extra for better nail polish that I didn’t find out until the paint was about to be put on)

Plus the 10$ tip so I paid 60$ for a basic no gel no acrylic mani pedi.basically paid extra for the massages and nail polish.
I felt way cheated out of my money regardless of the extra perks! Only because down the street I pay so much less for the basics.

If you love to get quality service at no care at what the cost is this place will not disappoint you!

5 stars for the service itself!

I got a gel pedi and gel mani regular no spa just regular and paid $105. I was extremely overcharged and my nail chipped the same day! My feet looked horrible. Def not coming back and would not recommend this place to no one. The only reason why i came here cause the glam studio was booked already i def will wait to get an appointment at the glam studio next time rather than coming here smh

Hi, The Gel Manicures are great and pedicures too.
Only thing is I asked for Gel Manicure (like always) and one of the techs decided to force UV on me. Its cost a lot more. My nails started breaking, chipping, and look terrible in a matter of 2-3 days.
If you go make sure you ask for Gel Manicure, no UV.
I do like Lee and her staff, this was the only bad experience I had there.

Don’t come here for acrylics, they do NOT know how to do nails, it looked bumpy thick and crooked. I told her to cut it and take everything off cus I was not paying for that hot mess let alone walk outside looking like that. And Lee the manager was extremely rude because I didn’t like it. Smh

I’ve had it with place. Been living a couple of blocks away for 10 years so I come as a matter of convenience and most of the staff has been friendly. However, I must admit that I am a glutton for punishment because all of these years I have usually left the salon disgruntled. For the spend of money between $65-$140 per each of my bi weekly appointments, you would think I’d have a good experience. Today was my breaking point! Li, the insane and overbearing owner has finally pushed me to my breaking point by refusing Maria permission to do my nails and trying to force another nosy, intrusive and not that great of a manicurist on me. I walked out and am now across the street.
1. Li, insults her staff and tries to force food and services on customers
2. Li is the worst at doing nails and I never ask for her but there has been an occasion where she has regrettably done my nails, leaving them look like I let one of my kids practice arts and crafts on me
3. She does not allow tips on your credit card, charges taxes and service fees for cards and has a cash machine with a fee in salon
4. Li has often tried to distribute my tips if I’ve asked her to break bills, causing me to have to strongly redirect my money to who I’d like it to go to
5. Most of the staff is no good at doing nails but at least most of them are nice. One manicurist though is so friggin nosy that it becomes uncomfortable. She does not stop asking the most intrusive rude questions, like: is your daughter (who is 19) going to make a baby soon, where do work, do you make a lot of money, etc.
6. There is an overall stressful feeling with each visit. You are repeatedly rejecting services, listening to how awful your brows are or how you need a facial
7. Mostly I’m annoyed but try to laugh at the insanity. I try to laugh while the owner yells down ppl in the street or while she tries to force feed her staff while they are busy doing pedicures but I just can’t anymore!

I will be in search of a new salon.

Omg where do I start? So I walked in yesterday to get a new set of gel tips and a pedicure. Long story short, Maria spills acetone all over my pants while giving me the bowl to soak my nails off while I’m sitting in the pedicure chair. She smirks to her comrade Sandra the “pedicurist” on the right of her and continues to laugh about it thinking because I don’t speak Spanish that I am unaware she is talking about me. She can’t file nails or remove cuticles properly. She cut and filed my right big toe diagonally and waited about 15 minutes into the pedicure to ask me if I wanted a towel to dry myself off due to the acetone? I got fed up and demanded someone else continue my pedicure because not only was “Maria” incompetent and unprofessional, but this point she had cut me with the nail filer. The second lady comes to fix my unevenly filed toe and gets nail polish all over my flip flop. As I sat at the table for my tips, Lee start pushing my cuticles back without the use of cuticle oil and it was painful. Lee also cuts my finger with the filer as she attempts to file my nails after and I was DONE! I refused to allow her or anyone else in that bootleg nail salon to further service me. What’s even more insane is that she charged me $33 for the pedicure and removal of my tips. I went after to another nail salon and they did my nails perfect. Avoid this place Ladies. There is a great nail salon in the area called “Utopia Nail Salon” locates on 68th street in Maspeth. This place is unprofessional and they really just don’t care.

I went there to get SNS nails. As soon as I sat down the lady started talking me out of it for 5 minutes. And wouldn't stop talking about how bad my nails are.
Moving on she talked me into how great gel nails with more gel polish will look.
The result is a mess I literally wanted to cry.after spending over 1 hr over there I was charged 65 dollars.

Never going there again. Got a manicure and lee cut my cucitucles and now my finger is infected from it. GREAT! Shows that they don't sterilize their instruments

My aunt recommended this place, and I loved it. It was early in the day, so the shop was empty. Only two workers there, but they were wonderful and friendly! Mani-pedi, and it's fantastic! Excellent skill and service!

They present an overwhelming concern and too much love to customers so that they don't complain about being overpriced (robbed). Just went in for a gel filling and Ms. Lee complained about how bad my nails where done by the time she finished a $30. Service turned into $65 with the explanation of all the repair she claims needed to be done. It was a rib off and her job had more lumps and slides then when I got there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They do a fantastic pedicure and decent facial. My gel manicure is 2 weeks strong and the gel hasn't chipped or look cracked at the tips. The owner Lee is wonderful. She can be a bit overwhelming when she offers food and tries to literally feed you, yet she comes from a good place. The rest of the staff is courtesy. I'd rather be overly concerned for than regarded as another sale.

I was recommend by a friend. The owner (Lee) was provided with a picture of the type of nails I wanted. She did an amazing job. She took her time with me, offered me tea and explained, if I any issues or concerns to just come back and see her. Love my nails! Lee, you're such a sweetheart. Thank you for your patience.
