Most dishonest and unpleasant staff I have ever had to deal with. Things started going sideways a few months ago when they just forgot to renew my prescription. My doctor stopped sending them my prescription a couple of months ago, and yet they keep showing up at my door with meds (from an expired/outdated prescription) anyway, not even caring the dosage may be off. Extremely unprofessional. It also looks like they have been charging my insurance for meds I either only partially got or not even at all. In some places, this would be called fraud, but I guess not in NY?
Please stay as far away from them as you can.

This place is very racist! Went for a interview and the manager didn’t even want to shake my hand let alone barely made eye contact during the interview! She then proceeded to walk away once I said I don’t speak Spanish which is unacceptable! Didn’t thank me for my time no smiles no nothing just a stank attitude. This place only require light skinned females that speak Spanish. Instead of looking for hardworking reliable staff they looking for color! Waste of my time. NEVER AGAIN!

Today Sunday afternoon may 15, a girl whom wears a hairnet on her head whom works at the pharmacy, displayed very very colorful inappropriate language at the deli next door to the pharmacy. She is soooo unprofessional, what horrific language! Behaving erratically and seems to be hired from the streets? Spoke to me very inappropriate. I am a customer at millennia pharmacy. She needs to be corrected immediately! When I told her I was going to report her to the pharmacy she replied: she didn't care! Behaving threatening using unprofessional language! Horrible! She became very angry over a lunch she purchased at the deli. I can't see how someone of this type of disposition, can be an asset to millennia pharmacy?

I love coming to this place! Everyone is so nice and full of positive energy. They have a very nice selection of eye glasses and I love that they have delivery for your medication and they always give you little mini gifts. They are the best!

This place is awful. Went to pick up medication for my grandmother and everyone I seen was pretty much displaying Covid symptoms and somehow were still at work, mind you working with at risk groups…. Do not get medication from here pick a different pharmacy, next thing you know you’ll get covid picking up your prescription. HORRIBLE

I will be calling the DOH on this place

Millenia is my pharmacy and they are the best! Not at all like what the previous review said. I’m black myself and they’re always nice to our people. They’re always helpful and attentive to anyone who comes in no matter who they are or what race. Why would you put whatever you wanted to buy by the optical, which is a totally different direction from the resgister? Noone cares about this community more than millenia. They gave free masks to everyone during covid, they gave free turkeys to everyone in the neighborhood for thanksgiving, and they alway give gifts for the holidays. Millenia is the best!

I will NEVER go into this place ever again! While I was at the glasses counter my husband decided to purchase some items from the pharmacy. He gave me the items he wanted because the last time we were there the girls working there followed my husband around the store. This time the owner ran up to my husband (who was sitting down) and told him “are you going to buy those items you grabbed. ” I then told them I had the items and this is the second time you are racially profiling my husband (who is black). My husband then asked them if they were going to apologize to him for that but instead of an apology the owner went up to the girls behind the glasses counter and told them to cash us out and get us out of there. REALLY? !? ! We get kicked out intel’s ear of just say hey my bad? I will never go in there again and if you go there be very careful because they will profile you too!

This is one of the finest establishments I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, the workers are knowledgeable and very agreeable, They made me comfortable from the 1st visit they always address my concerns and have been very helpful. I am glad I made the switch all those years ago.

The girls at the register (there’s so many of them) unprofessional and nasty go to CVS. Skip the nasty attitude

They are always kind and accommodating. The pharmacist is never to busy to answer any of my questions. Impeccable service!
