Nice hotel. Rooms weren't bad but had the air conditioning set to 60 and it never cooled down until check out. Ask the girl when I checked in for a couple of extra towels and never received them.

Freshly renovated rooms, but the hotel is definitely beginning to show its age. It's quite a campy vibe.

BEWARE. They lied about our reservation the day before our arrival and rejected our reservation upon our arrival. They did not process the reservation confirmation email sent by Super Travel on time, and let rooms fully booked when we arrived, leaving us no where to go. The staff did not care to resolve the situation and refused to help when we asked for assistance in regards to cancelling the reservation with Super Travel. Not going back again due to their underhanded shady practice.

The only redeeming quality of this place is the courtyard area with the pool and the location of the hotel itself to the mall, airport, and highway. This place feels outdated and has a ton of signs of just being worn down and uncared for.

Our stay was less than ideal. The entire 6th floor smelled of cigarette smoke, one of the two elevators was broken and the one running was slow/unreliable, apparently house cleaning will only come every three days to the room (confirmed at the front desk), only was given enough towels for one day, the carpets are all stained pretty badly and you can tell the bathroom was barely cleaned prior to arrival.

It’s a shame, this place has a lot of potential, and it used to be a high end hotel. The staff were all great though and seemed patient. It’s not their fault this place has been neglected.

We had to stay here because our son was in a hockey tournament and this was the hotel where our team had to stay. Everything is relative, right? So depending upon your experience with hotels and your personal expectations, you may or may not care about what we care about. Basically, the place is a mess if you actually look around. Mold in the corners of the hallway where there’s an A/C unit, stained and dirty carpets in hallways, very dark corridor that feels a bit unsafe to walk in alone to get from the elevator to second floor rooms. It’s really dark. We stayed in room 250 and it was not the best: the A/C only worked on the side with the sofa but the vent on the side with the bed did not push out cold air. Maintenance did come to fix it but nothing improved. Our room was considered a “suite” and it had no windows to the outside world, just a window to look at the courtyard pool area. The room had no doors in between the bed side and the sofa side so you don’t really have privacy or a way to not hear the tv on one side. The tub didn’t drain during the shower and there is no way to turn a bathroom fan on. We had to call for bedding for the pull out bed because there was none in the room. The pullout sofa bed had potato chips on it when I pulled it out and that whole area under the couch that you see when you pull out the couch was pretty gross. The sofa itself looked gross and stained. There were little things in the room indicating it doesn’t get a careful eye during cleaning. Ie, a little kid sticker on a lamp, a deflated balloon on the floor. It just feels dingy and old and not very clean. Also hot without A/C and the pull out bed was really uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. Stay somewhere else- there are a lot of hotels in the area to choose from.

FYI first time reviewing anything, but I just couldn’t let it go.

We arrived late evening and were greeted with the stale, dusty, humid ac in the lobby.
We checked in with a very lovely receptionist, received our key and headed towards the elevators.

Our room was on the 3rd floor.

From the moment the elevator doors opened, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was prominent.

We also noticed that most room doors had their doors open but lights off.
We found that eerie especially at 2am.

We got to our room and we were grateful that it didn’t smell like smoke but still didn’t smell clean.

Room was tidy. It needed rug deep cleaned and the bathroom tiles were all but 6 cracked or chipped.

At that time of night we were exhausted and decided to just keep put.

Went to shower and the rattling noise the shower made for 30 minutes and wait for the hot water to come on took for ever.

Leaving the next morning was a fun show of adults showing their goods fir all to see, my young kids were as impressed as I was.

Shame that it has gone to the slumps.

BEWARE! I spent one night here and while the room seemed clean, when we were cleaning up to check out and looked under the bed we were met with SEVERAL pornographic blowups/toys/articles/equipment you name it. I took pictures of these items for proof. I felt like I was in a horror movie seeing some of these items. Front desk immediately comped our stay but offered little to no apology. I am absolutely disgusted and don’t want this to happen to other people.

We kept getting keys from other rooms that were occupied or not clean. It took about 5 times to finally get our room.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

No microwave in room which was bad since there was not enough staff for the resturant/lounge to open and no guides in room for local restaurants delivery, there is a mall next door and several other restaurants and businesses close by.

The reviews and ratings don't add up. The location is great for doing things near the mall. The room we were in were ok but the bathrooms are molded on the ceilings (we asked to be moved to another room due to the mold). It also smelled really dusty in the rooms

I've stayed here a few times and each visit has been fine with clean, comfortable rooms. It's an above average hotel experience at a reasonable price. The last time I stayed, water began leaking from my ceiling and the desk attendant immediately moved me to another room, which I appreciated. There is a tiki bar themed pool area in an indoor courtyard. They have a cool lounge but it occasionally closes too early to take advantage of. Very close to Walden Galleria and I-90.

I didn't stay overnight. Just had dinner with my coworkers. But it was great. The atmosphere was beautiful and we had a good time.

Right next to the galleria mall. The courtyard is beautiful my only complaint is that the pool was a tad cold and the bathrooms are so far from the pool. Kinda bummed we booked a room with a jacuzzi and had to change rooms cause it was under maintenance. The staff did handle it in a timely fashion, gave us a discount and a bigger room. We were there on Easter the poor employee at the front desk was very overwhelmed but he was very professional and handled everything well. The next day there was no luggage cart and one of the employees I believe a part of the janitorial staff went above and beyond to find me a cart and clean it off.
