2Location was really great but that’s where it stops. We found a cockroach in our room, along with a few other bugs. We made the front desk aware and they weren’t apologetic about it at all. They did give us a new room but the person working the desk really brushed it off saying “oh I get those in my apartment all the time. ” Like okay? I’m not staying in your apartment. Im paying a lot of money to be here. Our new room was dirtier than the last, but at least no bugs? Woo? We would stay on Times Square again for the ease, but never again here.
Arrived due to a late flight, was told that the computer system was down so I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, front desk told me that I could’ve phoned in early if I was checking in late. Didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel experience
