This is my third time leasing at Millennium Hyundai with Willie Rodriguez! Superb service as always as we moved through the entire process. Everyone there is kind and efficient at what they do! I will certainly be back when my lease is up!

Just want to say what a pleasure it was dealing with millenium hyundai.especially daniel was gentleman and helped me more than i ever expected.he did all work for me.miguel was very helpful also.you have great team.i never thought i would ever have new car in my life.thank to you guys

I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car there. Bought a used car and paid cash in June, since purchasing the car all I have is problems with the car and all they want to do is keep charging me every time I bring the car in as well as doing shady stuff every time I picked up the car from them something else was wrong.

I've just leased a car with Millennium Hyundai, and I had a fantastic experience. The entire process was speedy and smooth. And I felt like I was treated fairly with regard to the price. Nice work!

Millennium Hyundai services department is the cost lent services is not good. This is the last time I will go there I was waiting for more that 3 hour just for to tell me that I need to change the suspection $800.00. I will not recommend this dealer.there is a new person there name is Steve really bad costumer services

I am been calling them so many time never pic up the phone the services department is sucks. I have the car for 10 Days never get fix Not a good idea to get a car there.

Horrible service. Always putting on hold for 15-30 minutes. Or they hang up. Always give excuses of why they can't do something and I would never recommend buying from them. Only reason I give 2 stars is because I really enjoy the car I have purchased. Another thing, who waits 4 hours to get an oil change? Even after doing an appointment that was scheduled by two weeks. Horrible.

This dealership is F***** horrible! They do not help when its needed. There customer service is the worst. Jessica is the only person that does a great job and helps with no problem. Rasheena has had me on hold for 20 minutes plus. Unbelievable! So aggravated with this dealership its ridiculous!

Leased a 2018 Kona. Steve Rapp was the best. Showed me different options that were available. Felicia sat down with us and gave me a great deal. Plus I got a free grill out of the deal. My delemia was like Wow how do I get this big ass grill home? Believe it or not, Steve said he would gladly deliver it. Next day he was at my house with the mighty Kurt. Thanks to everyone. My daughter got the car and I'm cooking steaks

Just leased my car from Millennium. My salesman Eric Newburg was great. He worked with me to fit my budget. He made the process very easy. I also had a good experience with the finance manager Kwesi he did not pressure me into anything I did not need.

We got a great deal from the manager Anthony. He was the most friendly manager I’ve ever delt with. He was very honest witch is something you don’t see a lot at most car dealerships He helped us get a great deal and truly cares about his customers. I will make sure my family and friends only buy from this dealership. Thankful Anthony and staff for a great experience.

‪#milleniumhyundai this dealer offers me a gas grill with any purchase of a car, I was there because I wanted to change mine, at the end of the deal they said we don’t give you the grill because we are loosing money on the car we sold to you‬, so my question is, are they selling the grills or giving them away to keep loyal customers

Horrible service, very unprofessional staff they will have you sign paper work then call you weeks later saying you owe them money. Extremely disappointed would not recommend to anyone.

I leave in Brooklyn and own a Hyundai I choose to go here because the dealer in plaza Hyundai in nostrand av mess up my car running board twice the first time they fixed but the second time theirs give the run around and still waiting to hear from them going on for two years now

Millenium Hyundai was great. I got my 2018 Santa Fe here, a dream car that I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford and Eric and the team there worked with me to make it happen!
When I came to pick up the car, I had an appointment at 10: 00 but their previous customer took until almost 12: 00 to finish, so I didn't get out of there until after 1: 00 PM. However, they were so nice and friendly, just wish the process was shorter.

My wife's lease was up recently and we went to Millennium Hyundai to get a new car. We were greeted in the parking lot by salesman, Kenny Tillery. Kenny was very friendly and helpful. He patiently listened to my wife's want list and found her an Elantra to fit her wants. We then were introduced to Kenny's sales manager, Izzy Adoram to negotiate the deal. Izzy was straight and honest with us and his number were exactly what I calculated they should be. In short, if you are looking for a new Hyundai please see Kenny or Izzy and you won't be sorry.

They have poor customer service skills, while filing out paper work my guy decided to play candy crush on his phone nice, no wonder they are down sizing and Chevy taking over, they need to learn customer service skills matter of time they will be out, even the manager in valley stream said the same he hears nothing but complaints about the hempstead store

I recently leased a car with the help of a wonderful associate Willie Rodriguez. He provided us with detailed information regarding the cars that we were interested in. He was very patient and took several cars out to test drive. Overall, we had a great experience and he made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend W Rod!

Millennium Hyundai has been holding my $500 deposit since February 3rd after I signed the agreement to release my deposit. I've called and emailed them numerous times, (my sales agent, their financial department, front desk) they promised me to look into it but no one has ever contacted me. I don't know why everyone has to be so evasive, passive and unwilling to help, it's just a $500 deposit you can't take it your own.

Avoided this place for about a decade after the "experience" of buying my car from there. Unfortunately had to return for a repair only the dealer can perform. They charged me $600+ for an unrelated repair that didn't fix the issue after they swore up and down that it would. Brought it back for a resolution the next week and they told me it'd be an additional $1200 when the original repair didn't even fix the issue.
