I recently was in an accident with a 2022 Tucson in which it was totaled. I needed a replacement and visited Miller. Anthony was great to deal with! He was very personable and understood my needs. He was able to find me a 2023 Tucson that was almost identical to my previous one. Within an hour he had everything worked out! He texted me to keep me updated on delivery as well. At delivery, he had my blue link set up and even paired my phone! Best experience! Will recommend Anthony and miller as well as the Hyundai brand! Thank you to Anthony!

My wife and I went down to Vestal fully planning on buying a different vehicle from another dealer. We just happened to swing in to see if Miller had any Hyundai Palisades in as no other dealers seem to have them in stock. We were immediately impressed by the car, but more so by our salesman Anthony Tanzini. Needless to say we ended up buying a new Palisade and the buying experience couldn’t have been easier. Great communication from Anthony throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely seek him out when shopping at Miller.

Went there for a safety recall to repair gas take mounts
they wouldn't repair it said it was unsafe to drive
Denied me a loaner vehicle to drive home.even though 2 loaner vehicles were parked by the service entrance.made me sign a waiver stating that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I am done buying Hondas or going there for service.

So.get everything out of your head regarding used car salesmen. Look.on this market, you're going to have to pay. These guys really soften the blow. They're a pleasure to work with, provide any and all discounts if they can and provide exceptional customer service. I won't mention our salesguy's name because we want to keep him all to ourselves however I will say it rhymes with 'Ham. ' However, the finance young lady and the other sales guy we worked with (our main guy was on vaca; we bought during Thanksgiving week) - awesome! This dealership rates high in my book and encourage all that are reading, to check them out when buying a vehicle. Now. I NEVER give a 5-star rating because I always find something they can improve on. So I take off a star because I think they should close up shop at 6pm, rather than 7pm. Let them go home! Great experience here. You'll leave happy.as we did.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Vehicle service & repair is exceptional all around, if a little more expensive; but given all the amenities they provide to make the experience go smoothly, it's worth it. Free beverages and snacks are available in the clean and comfortable waiting areas. Complementary courtesy shuttles can pick you up from or take you back to home or work while you wait.

Damage my car with two tech fooling around did no repairs to it also refused to fix on my car what is damaged they deserve no stars

Easy to set up an appointment online, easy to do an after-hours drop-off, asked if they could get it done earlier rather than later, due to the distance we travel.they did.

Amazing experience with dealership and salesperson Jim wood. With currrent market like today's, the dealership went above and beyond not to push extra features and I got the car on Msrp (which is unheard of in today's market.
