I like this wine shop as my walk-in place with friendly staff that can recommend on the spot. It is clean, open and organized. We've been able to enjoy them consistently so will be back!

Horrible customer service and I have still not received my thousands of dollars worth of wine I ordered…but of course you better believe they got the import tax from me real quick. I’ve called, left a voicemail and never got called back. I’ve emailed and never received an email back. Once I finally spoke to someone I was told it would get sorted out. It never got sorted out. The next time I was told I would hear back at the beginning of this week. I still haven’t heard back. And now I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Legal action is next, I suppose. It’s been a THREE MONTH problem. This is absolutely NOT the place to buy Bordeaux futures.

We ordered 6 bottles of Dom Perignon champagne- 2 regular 2012’s, 2 of the Lady Gaga rosé, and one of the 2010 Lady Gaga special edition. Not an inexpensive order. They shipped the wrong Rosé’s and also shipped the regular and both Rosé without the boxes. Half of the purpose of purchasing a collectible bottle is for the specialty box, which is also important when gifting.

I emailed within 20 minutes of receiving the order to let them know of the mistake with the Rosé and also to ask for the boxes, as the listings clearly showed the boxes included. I was responded to right away, saying to ship back the wrong bottles and they’d replace. When I asked about the boxes I was ignored. I called the store and left 2 voicemails and never heard back. After 3 days I emailed again clarifying the box issue and was again ignored. After being ignored a third time I decided I was done.

I don’t feel comfortable shipping back the bottles to a company who won’t even respond to fix their own error. So now I have 2 bottles I didn’t really want, and no packaging for gifting purposes.

Bottom line I do not recommend ordering from Millesima online at all. You don’t get what you pay for, and if they make a mistake, you’re on your own.

EDIT: company did finally respond and arrange to ship the missing boxes and fix the wine error.

Terrible service and even worse when 2 out of 12 bottles were stale/bad on delivery! The store used to be a goto when under the french lady but staff has turned over and they are rude/unhelpful with bad wine. Stay away would be my recommendation.

Updating after response from manager. —-No, I did call. Yes your staff was rude and told me that I did not know the difference between wine that I didn’t like vs wine that had GONE BAD!

Unfriendly staff. Not wearing mask over nose. When asked why labels were falling off many wines (2017 vintage - $70 bottle) the response was “crap glue from a bad producer nothing against the wine though”. Nice sales pitch. Have been there before and didn’t buy because of lack of knowledge. Can’t be an Italian wine store and not know what franciacorta is.

PHENOMENAL customer service. I called and they picked up on the first ring. After calling one wine store after another while walking around Midtown East and UES for an hour, they had plenty in stock and were extremely accommodating. Great quick and polite service. Will definitely make the trek from Harlem every time to shop their products.

My go-to wine place for years. Good selection, good variety of prices, friendly staff, convenient location. I’ve never been disappointed with a purchase here. Recommend!

What a lovely wine shop with a wide variety of options they had. Mike was a bit too sweet and very helpful. They've offered us options and let us taste it so we can decide what to buy. The rates are very fair and within the budget. Lucky to have a wine shop near our house. This is the perfect spot for wine lovers!

I and my close friend visited your Wine Shop and we had a great experience! The place was well set up, clean, and had a big selection of craft beer and wine. Their staff was also very responsive if ever we have concerns. It was a very nice place to visit especially if you would like a wide variety of wines at affordable prices. So far, nothing beats the service, wine selection, and exceptional staff of this wine shop. This is a great place to have a romantic date with someone you love. Love the view from above. They have great food and ambiance. Not cheap though, but worth the money. I highly recommend this wine shop to everyone I know.
