Million Air Syracuse reviews
7Efficient, courteous, clean. The freezer holding the Klondike bars could be a little colder. JK.
The staff is absolutely fantastic! Always go above and beyond to ensure my experience is flauless. Thank you - N999YG
Favorite FBO in NYS, great cookies when they're available and the staff are the nicest. I also always appreciate all the seasonal decorations.
My coworkers and I had our planes looked after by Million Air when we were in town for work for a few weeks and they were absolutely amazing! They were always very courteous and had our aircraft pulled and fuelled on time, and were always happy to assist us. They also keep their building in very nice condition and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. All of the staff were amazing, and I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed!
Great experience visiting the Million Air in Syracuse NY. Brittany, Kelly, Nawal provided excellent customer service.
Million Air is such a nice FBO, and very welcoming compared to some of the bigger FBO chains that have become the signature of large airports along the atlantic.
Million Air was absolutely amazing. Genuine customer service from employees not acting nice for the sake of their job, but because they really cared about ensuring you have a great experience. Exactly the definition of what customer service should be. Popcorn, ice cream, cookies and a giant selection of drinks make killing time enjoyable. Beautiful Mercedes crew cars. No charges whatsoever except for reasonably-priced avgas or jet fuel. I would consider going back to Syracuse just for the sake of the FBO. Nothing but good things to say.
