This morning a technician named Matt came to my house. He was very unprofessional. His attitude was rude and not very pleasing. I felt extremely uncomfortable with him at my door. He did not ring the bell, say who he was or what company he was from until I came and asked what he needed. This is our first encounter with him and this company. I don’t know if he had a bad morning but he was rude and nasty. When I asked if he wanted to inspect the tank he walked away from me and left. I will not use this company again, please beware of Matt. If I can give him a zero review I would. Not the first interaction I want to experience at 8am in the morning.

My recent experience with Milro was amazing. I had an oil incident and dealt with Michael Vizzini who made the entire process comfortable and painless. I found Michael to be knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. He was patient in answering all of my questions and the entire job was completed in lightening speed. Michael was simply great!

During the summer I came home from a vacation to the unfortunate event of the hot water heater emptying 70 gallons of water into the house. We contacted Milro Services after the initial clean up (I had to start the removal of the water to try and prevent more damage) and they arrived the following day to assess the situation. Within the first couple of minutes I felt some relief with the water damage in the conversations I had with Keith the manager of the restoration department of Milro. They were understanding and compassionate about what happened, they explained the beginning process of what work would need to be completed in the days and weeks ahead to restore the house back to livable conditions. Next, I spoke with Courtney one of the project managers. She was professional, courteous, and with just enough "down to Earthness" to make me comfortable in having open and honest conversations about what lied ahead to get me back in the house. Courtney and Milro Services were attentive and available for most of the questions or concerns I had during the restoration. Now, I understand that not all questions could be answered immediately due to situations Milro Services cannot or could not control. Like, work crews, materials, and supplies being available which can delay certain dates of completion. So if you do use them please be aware of this and take that into consideration.

I would recommend Milro Services for a variety of home or commercial construction needs or restoration. They rebuilt my place to a better standard than before the water damage and I am satisfied with the work and outcome. Milro worked with me and the insurance company to find the best prices and materials to rebuild my home. Courtney would check in as the process of the rebuild was happening to make sure I was okay with what was going on at the house. I am pleased with the work and the new look Milro was able to provide for me and the house. Thank you.

Can’t say enough AMAZING things about MILRO! My family experienced a burst pipe that started in our upstairs bathroom, and destroyed the ceiling in our dining room. What a disaster! We had no ceiling, and our carpeting had to be replaced, along with so many personal belongings that were ruined! I was only visiting at the time this had occurred, since I live out-of-state. My 85 year-old mother had to deal with this mess! Kevin immediately called and set up an appointment! He was so kind! He and his team started work very quickly, and did an OUTSTANDING job! All of the workers were respectful, professional, clean, and extremely kind to my mother, and Kevin went above and beyond, by helping my mom when she had trouble with other things, like her TV set! If you need work done on your house, Milro should be your first call! I am so grateful for their hard work and kindness! Our house is now going to be ready to sell!

The Milro team did an excellent job. They decommissioned my old underground tank properly and legally and installed the new tank very efficiently. They were easy to work with and the price was right. Also their Customer Service was great. I lost my Certificate of Abandonment and they sent me a copy right away. I would highly recommend them.

The only bright spot in the leak of my oil tank into the ground was dealing with Mike Vizzini of Milro. I can only echo the sentiments of the other reviewers in saying that Mike and Milro are true professionals. Rarely does one find someone as responsive and competent as Mike and this company. Right on time with state of the art equipment, extreme care with the environment and lastly, the least costly of the estimates I got.
My spill was not covered by insurance and when I mentioned this to Mike he stated flatly, "i'm not trying to take all your money" Rare indeed in this day and age. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through this.

On a Saturday morning my wife went downstairs to do laundry to discover a thick fuel oil smell and a leaking full oil tank. I suddenly found myself with a house that smelled like oil and seven days from a Easter celebration with a house full of guests. Milro came put me on a temporary tank and contained the leak several hours after discovery. Four days later they replaced the tank, chemically washed the floor. The smell was gone and it made for a great story at Easter celebration. "The great Oil Tank disaster of 2022". Very Happy with the service. I would use them again.

Our outdoor oil tank cracked and we lost an entire tank of oil that seeped into the ground. After a long morning of dealing with the fire marshal and insurance, I spoke with Mike Vizzini, Milro. Within an hour we had someone come out and give us and estimate. He also sent 2 men to cover our spill with plastic because there was going to be thunderstorms that day and that would make it much worse.

Mike took care of getting a clearance letter from the state and was available if my husband or I had questions. The team of hardworking guys cleaned and prepared the ground for new soil. They put temporary fence around the area.

We would not have wished this on anyone but Mike and everyone we worked with at Milro made a bad experience easier.

They installed my oil tank improperly, now have no heat in this cold weather and they refuse to come look at their work that they did improperly, never use this company it’s a fraud!

Milo group has been nothing short of amazing after what happened at my Mom's house. Mike and Joe treated us like family. The crew that was at our house for close to 4 weeks were super clean and knew what they were doing! If any has to go thru what we went thru, I would 100% recommend Milro Group!

The team of workers are great! They are hardworking, respectful, friendly and trustworthy individuals. Their work is thorough. They leave the premises clean at the end of the work day. You feel safe when they are in your home.
Chicas, who is one of the foreman is yet another outstanding person who is truly concerned about 'getting the job done right'. It is like having a friend work at your home.

We had the unfortunate turn of events where we found our exterior oil tank had experienced a long and slow oil leak. Thankfully Milro Group was on the scene and they handled everything from the temporary tank placement, to the excavation of the contaminated soil, to the backfill with new soil and sand.

The project manager, Mike V, coordinated everything, kept us up to date, worked with our insurance company, and made sure things were taken care of and to not stress. Without Mike's help, things would've been exponentially more stressful, and we'd be trying to figure everything out on our own. Mike took care of everything, especially the important stuff like getting the letter from the state acknowledging the mess had been cleared. He was always available, and always ready to answer my questions and keep me posted as things developed, like securing the dumping to get rid of the tainted soil beside our home. Mike coordinated with our insurance company and really made a horrible experience so much easier.

Mike also sent his best inspector, Joe, to handle things on site. Joe made sure we understood what the process was going to be like, how long it would take and what progress was like. Knowing what to expect made it a lot easier to navigate.

The team of hardworking guys who were here day after day cleaning and preparing the ground for new soil were conscientious, and had safety in mind. They boarded up the dig site nightly and put caution tape around the area. It was clear they took great care and pride in their work.

This isn't an experience I would wish on anyone, but Mike and everyone we worked with at Milro made a bad experience soooooo much easier.

Horrific customer service! I was forced into using a temporary tank from this company after Petro conveniently found my tank had a leak. As most businesses were closed and as an over worked essential worker during the pandemic I had no time to complete my price comparison, or complete the install of a new tank/gas conversion and was charged for the full monthly price of the rental. After trying waiting weeks to have someone call me back Dot quickly hung up on me after saying I needed to talk to billing. I don’t know what benefits petrol gets from using this outsourced contractor that’s not even even accredited by the BBB but it seems they reap the benefit of pressuring customers into thinking they are in a emergent situation. Avoid these scam artists and Petro at all costs!

Awesome job efficient, meticulous clean up.my experience with Milro was exceptional and would recommend without hesitation. We had a terrible oil leak a couple months ago in our basement. These guys went above and beyond in the cleanup! My basement looks better than it ever has before. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of environmental clean-up services.

Came home to a total disaster in July, our oil tank had leaked into the ground through our garage. Milro was immediately on it, came that evening to start working, and provided a temporary tank so we would not be without hot water at all. Manager Mike V could not have been any more reassuring and professional. Through the process they were prompt, clean, professional and informative.
