Prices outrageous.service is like you r doing them a favor.no communication will never do business there again.

This facility has to be one of the worst places to go if you need your equipment fixed. Most of crew you deal with in service are rude. They can not seem to complete a job you pay them to do without forgetting to do some part of the job. The prices they charge r outrageous to boot. I'm sitting on the side of the road as a matter of fact rite now wrighting this because they didn't fill the truck up with antifreeze after they had to warranty the air compresser they just replaced. This is the second time this has happened with just this truck. The first time I left their shop after they put the air compressor on they didn't adjust the air governor an after a mile the truck wouldn't build more than 60 lbs of air. That's just having the truck fixed. The equipment they have worked on for us is more of the same careless workman ship. They think because they are cat that u have no choice but to use them it's a joke

Very disappointed having to stand at parts counter while looking up parts. Especially with broken ankle awaiting sept surgery. Tom at the counter was excellent and he gets a thumbs up. Also, It be nice for vaccinated customers not to have to wear masks until mandatory. Please, supply a chair. Thank You Kindly, James King

Our 938M loader had a brake problem in the front differential. The hydraulic fluid went through the brake system and over filled the front differential. This was shortly after the Oct 31 2019 storm that left us 5 1/2 inches of rain. We had severe damage to some roads and could not be without a loader. I made a phone call to Keith McGovern in the sales dept.and that same afternoon he informed me that another loader was on the way. We never had to use the borrowed loader, because Milton Cat's service dept.was also working on our huge problem. Within three hours from the time I called Keith, a service tech was at our location. His name is Kyle Trombley and he is a very professional and energetic young man. Within 2 1/2 hrs. Kyle had removed the entire front differential from the machine. The next morning he came back with a new differential and by 10 AM our loader was running. I know there were more folks behind the scenes that were involved in this service, and I thank you all and would highly recommend you to anyone. Town of Day Highway Dept.
