Their classes are a perfect blend of fun and comfort, creating an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and at ease. I have been a client at this studio for years now for both massage and pilates. Melissa is a fantastic massage therapist who has a deep knowledge of the body combined with an incredible intuitive and empathetic energy.
I recently had a pilates session with Cara and I absolutely love her! She was kind and had an amazing positive energy as soon as I walked in.

I had a wonderful time with Cara in a small group Pilates class! She’s a very knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging Pilates instructor. I appreciated how fluent she was in supporting and adapting to a wide range of bodies and abilities. I felt strong and accomplished after class!

Don't waste your time or your money. Was given a private lesson as a gift. Was sent to the wrong location and then my friend was told we couldn't receive a refund because we didn't cancel within 30 days.we NEVER canceled. We didn't get our session.

Today was my first visit at Mindbody Connection. I received a deep tissue massage with cupping (first timer.)
I’d like to start by saying that the facility is pristine. So clean, calming and overall just beautiful. Melissa was my therapist and she was not only incredibly professional but her experience and attention to detail were obvious in the first 5 minutes. She listened to all of my concerns and walked me through every bit of the process of cupping and what to expect when I got home. I am someone who has suffered from occipital neuralgia for many years and I’ve just never been able to find a therapist who was able to bring me relief. I walked out of my massage today in absolute awe. The relief I felt in my back and neck were instant. I cannot recommend Melissa enough and I am thrilled to have found someone so talented and down to earth to continue this healing journey.

Really beautiful clean and serene space with great instructors! Love Cara’s Pilates class! 10/10 would recommend to all!

I’ve only had wonderful experiences here! Jenn is a life savior, and Melissa, and Cara are always wonderful. I always read the directions on refunds, late policies, and directions to get to their place since they have all of that very detailed. They’re all certified in their fields, and is a safe, clean, and trustworthy place to go. I can’t recommend them enough.

Poor management and communication.

There was not a cancelation. It was originally requested to be reschedule but, the request was shot down and deemed a cancelation immediately.

Vulgar…. The awful customer service continues. It should have been an apology right from the start on your “instructors” end who come to find out is not even a certified Pilates instructor and whose Instagram is linked only to another location.

How management has handled this situation is repulsive to me. You clearly have zero consideration for your clients and haven’t taken any accountability. As someone trying to step out of their comfort zone by trying something new I am disheartened.
