Mindi A. Donahue, PA, Johnson City NY

My wife was so disappointed with Mindi's care in March 2021 when she met her for pain in he right knee. My wife waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute apt for her to not look at her knee at all. She sat in her chair with her hand holding up her head and writing what her concerns were. No x-rays were shown to her. Ordered an MRI upon my wife's request, which was denied until PT was done. The appointment went so fast that my wife said to Mindi, "that's it"? She went to PT and had notes faxed over and then she called to see the status of the reprocessed request and her nurse said that she have to come back to see her in order to send it again. So she ended up going to Guthrie and they were so nice and acted like they cared about her issue. Lourdes Orthopedic charged her $420 for a 5 minute visit and wanted another $420 to come back for nothing. MRI was done and she has a meniscus tear and will never go back to see Mindi or anyone at Lourdes Orthopedic. Sadly after speaking to a few other people at PT, Mindi doesn't seem to have a good reputation. I hope Lourdes Orthopedic understand the effect that their employees have on their business.
