I purchased a Mini at MINI of Manhattan. The salesperson and staff were very kind when purchasing my car.
However, when it came time to service it, the salesperson and the staff were rude. It was hard getting an appointment and was impossible getting updates as to when it would be completed.

Jordan, the Mini sales person, is very professional. I appreciate that he displays a "calm&collected" demeanor. He's not pushy. I missed a previous car deal, somebody got it ahead of me and I appreciate that he still updates me if something comes up. That's how I got the Mini because of his updates and follow-up. I also want to commend, Mussa, the man who accompanied me for testdrive and went through with the car details and help me set up the Mini app and etc.he's very cheerful and full of positive-vibes. He's an asset to the company.

Meaning of Manhattan, who is the worst experience I’ve had in getting a car I usually get high-end cars I did this to my wife. They waited over two hours of my time until they came with my paperwork which they were expecting me for several hours ago.

Terrible service! The service department is totally unprofessional. The dealership even worst. They make a lot of mistakes and they do nothing to fix them.
Avoid the Mini of Manhattan! The cars are amazing but this dealership is not up to the standards of a brand like Mini/BMW.
The Mini of Ramsey is definitely better.

I recently purchased a new 4-door hardtop with Mini of Manhattan and can’t recommend them enough. This was hands down the easiest, most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had. After searching locally in the Boston area for my perfect Mini with no luck, I reached out to Mini of Manhattan about a particular vehicle that I came across in an online search. Jordan helped me from start to finish with my out-of-state purchase. He walked me through each step thoroughly, was super responsive, answered all of my questions and went out of his way to work with my insurance to deal with the the “quirks” of the Massachusetts RMV. The entire process was quick and so much less painful than I anticipated, thanks to Jordan and the rest of the Mini of Manhattan team. The pickup process was a breeze. After a walkthrough of the car’s features, including setting up Apple CarPlay and the Mini app, and a few signatures, I was out the door with my gorgeous new Mini.
