Took the Moss Glen trail which was leisurely pleasant. We finished the walk in 1.5 hours. What a relaxing time!

Beautiful park. Improvements made to the upper parking area. There is a handicap accessible path there. The view is amazing from all directions. The fee is for parking, $10.

Haven't been here since before they added the visitor center and redid the entrance. Everything was well done. The trails we walked were in great shape, and easy for our jogging stroller.

A beautiful state park with lots of scenic trails. The Castle Point trail is a long hike (or a nice bike) and has some spectacular views and interesting terrain.

This is a beautiful park, we did the Gertrude's Nose and Millbrook Mountain Brook loop and really enjoyed it!

Beautiful views along the hike and our little dog especially enjoyed the rock scrambling.

We did the lower carriage road trail around the lake & it made for a really nice nature walk with lots of scenic overlook spots.

If you plan on visiting a bunch of the New York New Jersey trail preserve parks especially the ones in New York then a season pass would definitely be worth it, because they are charging, doesn't matter which Park

They should really do something about the packed ice on the trails. Someone could really get hurt. I tried to complain on yelp, but they don't have a page there

Nick Connor is a wonderful park ranger who shared many insights about the animals in winter. My hubby and I took his educational program hike on Saturday Feb 12 for animal tracks via Peter Kill and shorter path back to parking. He helped us explore these woods and create beautiful memories. The park itself was gorgeous in winter with icy trails. Micro-spikes are highly recommended. Would definitely return here as the park staff are very sweet and helpful and the nature itself I relaxing. Overall great experience.
Thank you Nick Connor.

Amazing preserve, trails go all the way around the lake while others branch off into numerous trails to hike. Signage is good so it's easy to find your way and there was no trace of litter anywhere too which was a big plus. Park has a "take out what you bring in" policy so there aren't trash cans placed around. Please keep this park clean and beautiful if you decide to vist

Absolutely a beautiful place to visit and revisit again with children. As a Family we enjoyed every minute of peace and tranquility. There was a lot of ice everywhere. We are looking forward to go back in the summer and be able to take a nice walk in such a beautiful place.
