19Excellent food, amazing service from Suman who always takes good care of guests. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate to eat here!
This place is amazing the food is delicious an full of flavor I was full an didn’t finish all my food the service is fantastic Samul my waiter is hilarious and made ordering an my entire experience fantastic definitely gonna return
We followed the Indian food delivery guys into this lovely little hole in the wall on MacDougal Street as they sat down to eat. Suman, our waiter, was friendly and very informative. Our order of Dal Gosht lamb and lentil curry and lamb biryani were delicious and freshly prepared to order. The check for a meal of this quality was so reasonable that we felt that we were the ones who had made a profit after enjoying such a delectable dinner.
Wow.truly wow.the shrimp biriyani was so good i could cry.the best biriyani i’ve ever had.
My favorite local Indian spot! Service is great, food is delicious. Delivery is also quick, and food arrived hot. They have a great lunch special too. Prices are fair, especially given the large portions. I can often get two meals out of one entree! Definitely give it a try! Chana masala, palak paneer, veggie samosa, aloo Gobi and garlic naan are my favorites. Oh, and many great vegetarian options too!
I’m every day ordering food from there and the delivery man always been rude and now the guy I answer my phone and he told me you got a put me on hold for two minutes take my order and then hang up hang up the phone and I call him back and ask him why you hung up the phone and he hung up again that’s so rude
Ordered chicken tikka masala lunch special. The chicken was bland and basically tasted like ragu sauce nowhere close to the original tikka masala
Excellent service, even better food. Affordable prices and large portions. Better than any Indian food in the area by far. Suman was an exemplary server and made us feel very comfortable and at home. Even recommended us a dish that was new to us and we enjoyed it so much we ordered another to take home. Highly recommend!
The worst place I have ever been to! Rude service. Employees don’t even know how to talk to customers.
Highly unrecommended
Second time here. I came back for the mango Lassi and cheese naan. Very nice service! Suman is very friendly and recommended dishes to us. Will come next time.
I loved this place, the food was amazing, I don't really like the aftertaste of lamb but this was the exception. And the service is really nice and with kind employees.
I loved it here the food is delicious, with very good portions and at a good price. I hardly like lamb meat but this time it tasted very good. And the employees are very nice!
Best chicken tikka masala, and better than ones I’ve had for twice the price. And you can order an entire container of just the sauce. What’s not to like? Excellent for takeout/delivery
The food was ok, we ordered the chicken curry lunch special and we were giving something else, maybe a marsala. It was just ok. The lemonade was gross, they added maybe vanilla and spice to it, so nasty.
This is one of my favorite restaurants serving authentic Indian food that has a home cooked taste, with delicious spices and flavors.
Generous portions and delightful presentations. The staff are polite and professional.
Delicious Indian food with a stunningly generous lunch special. The baingan bharta was great.
Nice place for a quick stop. Got a samosa Chaat, the quantity was less but it was around $7 too, so okay, tasted nice too. Got the lunch platter which had chicken Tikka masala, rice and chickpeas with gravy. The quantity was great for the price, the taste was okay. The Tikka masala tasted very unoriginal and too simple.
A decent place overall.
Great portion size at a reasonable rate. There are plenty of Indian options in west village but this was the best from all that we have been to.
Walking in, and looking at how small the space was, I didn't know what to expect. But we really enjoyed the food. Everything was delicious.
