A women who by the way name is DESIREE was very helpful at the register. When I purchased a salad she made sure to give me a fresh one with my utensils and dressing. I appreciate workers like her!

They opened promptly at 5am. I was disappointed that they did not have the new Gatorade energy drinks that i was looking for, hopefully next time I'm in need I will find them here.

Zero stars if possible due to a terribly insulting and inappropriate incident: I experienced the most disgusting, awful, rude customer service I have ever received in my life from employee with a name tag which read "Jen. " Her physical description was as follows: white skin, short and quite overweight woman with a buzz cut. I went to the counter to make my purchase with a new credit card. It was declined because I realized the card hadn't yet been activated, which I'd resolved quickly within 30 seconds. As this transpired, I was shocked while this employee made several rude comments toward me and threatened to kick me out of the store. "Jen" had absolutely no patience, or kindness for that matter, and rudely barked at me that she "can't stand behind the counter all day waiting for me to activate it, " because she "obviously" (her words) had 'other things" to do. I was spoken to with such disdain and arrogance I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. If I knew I needed to call the number on my credit card to resolve the issue, I would've had no problem politely stepping to the side to do so. However, this "Jen, " who seemed to be in a rush to get her customers to leave as quickly as possible, spoke to me with such a nasty tone and attitude and then immediately began moving my items off the counter to be re-shelved. I was appalled because I was under the impression that the most important part of HER job is to provide AT LEAST mediocre customer service with at least a neutral demeanor. Your employee snapped at me rudely several times and she made it very clear with her condescending tone that I, the customer, was wasting her time and causing a huge inconvenience. Not only that, she expected me to be aware of her job description and her need to complete whatever other tasks she was apparently required to perform for her job. It seemed this evening that completing those tasks was more important than treating her customers with common decency, respect and patience. I had expected at very least NOT to have been treated and spoken to like a misbehaving child and/or criminal. I am disgusted by the way I was treated by her and she also appeared extremely aggressive for a convenience store employee. I even politely said hi to her when I entered the store, however she barely looked at me and did not politely greet me back. Also she stated with an extremely arrogant and unnecessary manner the she could kick me out and not serve me at all if she so chose as I was apparently wasting her time. I cannot believe this company would continue to employ such a rude individual who presented throughout the entire experience as if she had been high on drugs. Judging by her appalling and inappropriate behavior I would suspect she may have been high on methamphetamine or crack cocaine. She'd been running throughout the store during my entire visit and she disrespected me at a level I could not believe. Then, I went to exit the store but I was locked inside and the door wouldn't open. So "Jen" again barked at me, stomping towards me saying that "obviously" the door was locked and customers were to be let out of the store by her. I've never been to a gas station where I was locked inside and was required to be escorted by an employee with a key in order to exit. This "Jen" snapped at me as if this is common knowledge for everyone on earth and did so in a clearly very rude sing-song manner. I'll never shop here again and your employee needs to be reprimanded and drug tested if not terminated. She deserves to be fired however I do have compassion for the unemployed, even if they don't deserve to and shouldn't contribute to the community due to drug use and insulting, one-of-a-kind disrespect.
