I love it here! They are so nice and Knowledgeable, and they definitely are “you come 1st “. They will tell you and show you everything you need to know about hearing aids and definitely what is best for you. Never, I’ll repeat myself, never any high pressure sales or pushing you into a corner. When YOU ready, and you will know when, then they will inform you on the best hearing aid for you and your budget. After my hearing test here in Garden City, and then speaking with the hearing aid specialist, no one even asked if I was ready to buy right now or soon, never even talked about it. So that was amazing, it’s just a good place to go and get ALL the info you need, honestly and with no high pressure sales tattics. I would go anywhere else.

I got my hearing aids 3 years ago and have remained extremely happy with this location. The service is wonderful - Debra is very knowledgeable and was helpful in the selection process. And Stacy is an asset to the location as she is friendly and accommodating of everyone. I appreciate the regular check ups of the devices, and changing of the parts to keep them clean and working well.

Debra was quite impressive and knowledgeable. The environment is relaxed and friendly. We were provided with exceptionally detailed and useful information. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Debra, is AMAZING she took so much time with my mom to make sure she was happy. We had been to a different place and was never happy but this experience was great. We will be recommending Miracle Ear in Garden City to anyone that's asks!

The reason I gave 5 Stars is that the 2 women Debra and Stacy are fabulous. Debra listens to me and helps me hear better with my hearing aides. She is a the best and also nice and friendly. Stacy is a great person. If I have a problem she is there to help me and very nice and friendly. Thank you.

I have been a Miracle Ear client for a year now and I consider it a privilege to write this review. Debra and staff members are a pleasant and caring group of professionals. Debra will greet you with a smile and a friendly handshake as soon as you walk-in. She is very patient and will answer all questions and concerns. She provided me with essential information that I needed to maintain and care for my hearing device. The knowledge and support she gave me has been instrumental in regaining my once lost hearing. The staff is amazing. Stacey, the receptionist and Debra, the clinician are caring, kind and professional. Always a positive experience for my 95 year old mother. Highly recommend this office for anyone who struggles with hearing loss.
