3 My friend and I went for a pedicure. We wanted to get something not too expensive. The prices are listed but the $30 pedicure was not on the price list and for a regular pedicure it’s $50.
They do this so when you say I just want a regular pedicure it’s not $30 but $50.
So we asked for the $30
Pedicure.
All they did was cut our nails and soak them and not for long. No scrubbing the dead skin or cutting our cuticles.
Since we weren’t paying for the $50 and up we were treated poorly. A basic pedicure should include some foot maintenance and not just polish, if I wanted just polish treatment I would have just asked for color. Overall will not be coming back to waste my hard earned money.
I been going here for 4 years always the same person who does my nails and I never have a complaint.
My dip powder manicure chipped on 5 fingers less than 24 hours after my appt. I went back and demanded my money back, they instead offered to do the whole set again. THEY STILL CHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. A waste of time and money.
