Miracle Nails and spa reviews
14Love the service always get me in quick and I get a great pedi cure here! Highly recommend
The worst experience out of all pedicures. No greeting. No thank you. If you do the basic they don’t care about you. Don’t clean the nails. Don’t shape them. 10 minutes for $30. We will go elsewhere.
I went there with my sister to get pedicures, when we showed up the staff were amazing! However I felt rushed to pick a color for my toes. While getting my pedicure done the lady cut my toe and I started to bleed. All she said was sorry and cleaned whipped the blood away and continued to do the pedicure. Then when it came time for the massage it hurt really bad. I felt as though she was pushing to hard and when I said something she didn't listen. Overall it was not worth the $85 I paid for. I will not be returning, however please don't let my opinion on the place stop anyone from going there.
I went in with my daughter to make sure she had enough money for the service and the tip. After I left the gentleman played pricing games with my daughter charging 10$ more…nothing added…no new service …literally what was posted was 60. My daughter told him it’s stated 60 not only on the website but also right there …NO STARTS AT 70$. Okay well the difference then came out of the tip, she was told “we only take 15%” my daughter said take it or leave and she took it. Rough service, rude service after saying NO to all the add-ons (because of saying no) Pain from high heat from dryer. Pain from extremely rough and rude service. Owner: read Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard. Willing to enter any class action lawsuit that follows please contact immediately!
Nails came out okay.but the guy doing my nails was so rude and disrespectful.first i came in thinking it was 60 dollars they said cause i want gel polish it’s an extra 10.which is ridiculous because on this site it says 50-65 they should make sure everyone knwo it will be bumped up to 70 if you get GEL POLISH like what.
Next i go in sit in my chair i couldn’t understand them very much but i tried my best.he asked if i wanted the second line or first line for the coffin shaped nails and continued to say we can only go to the first line w coffin nails knowing that wasn’t true at all. MY NAILS ARE RIDICULOUSLY SHORT.like i can grow my nails this length.after he’s done i put my nails in the blue light curing thing and my hand literally starts to burnnnnnnn like extremely painfully.i took my hand out and started cooling it.after maybe 2 times of me doing that he continues to say “put your hand back in” in the rudest way possible knowing that i’m in pain.after they are cured he start aggressively pulling my hand towards him clearly in a hurtful way.trying to get his attention about how he was hurting me i start pulling my hand back.he then said “please stop doing that” on top of all of this i stayed there and tolerated all of it.the unprofessionalism was insane and so disrespectful if your charging 70 DOLLARS FOR NAILS AND SERVICE.again nails came out okay and im not too mad about the result even tho they are shorter then what i wanted but ig what i mostly look for is the service when i come to nail salons and this is unbelievable. The fact that there are tons of people reviewing about this guy and he still hasn’t gotten fired for how he treats his clients is insane.
TERRIBLE, RUDE Service. Everytime I go for the same service I am charged a different price. Never Again! The technician was very rough and abrupt. Manicure and or Pedicure should be a relaxing experience not stressful.this is what most of their people make it. I almost walked out before she was done!
I wish 0 Star was Available. Don't waste your money or time.
I would highly recommend this place! I got a pedicure done by Sam. A woman painted flowers on my toes, I showed her on Pinterest. She did great! He was awesome! I paid $50 total for pedi and a massage. I gave him $11 tip He did the best massage ever!
Miracle Nail is the best place in town for mani-pedi. The spa music, hygienic facility, friendly skilled staff, massage chairs that actually work well, hot towels & stones and a massage… whenever you need a little extra pampering stop in!
My nail tech was so precise! $85 got me a foot, leg, hand and chair massage ON TOP OF a pedicure and gel manicure! They were friendly and very helpful! Definitely going back!
Prices are reasonable and the manicurists are amazing. I've had my nails done here 3 times now and they look so nice when they are done.
Great place for a pedicure. Great value for the price and always treated wonderful. My 14 year old niece loves to go there because they treat her just like an adult
I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. I came in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The gentleman taking care of me suggested the spa pedi instead of the normal pedi (+$25), and when I declined and said I just wanted the normal one, he rolled his eyes and started being very short and rude. Feeling pressured, I just said “ok, let’s do the spa pedi instead”, and then his whole demeanor changed and he was much nicer after that. The pedicure itself was ok, but both feet were not treated equally- for example, he only used cuticle oil on one foot for some reason.
The gel manicure however was the most unprofessional and rough job I’ve received in 15 years of getting my nails done, resulting in INJURED, BLEEDING SKIN ON 4 FINGERS, which are excruciatingly painful and have since become infected and scabbed over (See pics). This man filed away my old gel so violently he was wasn’t just doing the nail, he was actually filing the SKIN at the base of my nails. I kept pulling my hands away and asked him to be more gentle and that he was making me bleed, and he just said a quick “sorry” and went right back to ripping my skin off. Basically no remorse. After that he wiped away the filings with alcohol pads and went right over my bleeding fingers, and I had to hold in a scream it stung so much. I almost walked out. Not to mention after that for the cuticle care there was no soaking or oil even cuticle pushing, he just went right in with the nippers and I was terrified he was going to make me bleed more. The polishes also seem very thin and watered down; he needed 3 coats to cover and they are still blotchy and don’t feel thick and strong like every other gel mani I’ve ever had. After $100 I walked out with a mediocre mani/pedi and bloody fingers. I walked right into Kinney drugs next door to get neosporin, and have been applying that every few hours the last 2 days but they still ended up red, swollen, infected and painful. Safe to say I will NEVER be going back.
Pretty nice place to get manicures and pedicures. I do like that they do uv gel nails. Found the pedicure to be a bit pricey with their claims to have package deals.
